A gem in Wynwood! Gone are the days where you would get ruined pictures from Walgreens. I dropped off my camera in person at Bellow's Film Lab and was able to get my photos digitally within a few hours to my email! They colored corrected for me and I was able to pick up my negatives as well. They use WeTransfer for your photos so make sure to download immediately- it takes 2 seconds. The process is super simple - fill out the form & drop off your camera. You can even ask for the camera back if you collect analog things like me! Lots of cool cameras for sale and it was cool to take a peek in their back room and see the process. Highly recommend Bellow's Film Lab for all of your film needs. I plan on coming back with slides for them to develop! read more

It's really sad when you leave a city for a little over a year and return home excited to visit your go-to film developer, only to find that they've become messy and unaccountable. As the only store I know that develops 110 film in Miami, I was looking forward to getting a very important roll scanned but was only met with disappointment. Every. Single. Scan. Was blurry. I was really confused considering I've developed rolls from that camera before in LA, perfectly sharp. Gave them a call and told them it must've been on their end since there was no film grain in any of the scans (if these employees had been trained properly they'd know this is usually how you can determine whether or not a picture was scanned in-focus). Was told it actually was on my end, probably not having focused any (lol?) of the images in-camera and that 110 film "sometimes comes out that way" if you're not careful. Yeah okay. Thankfully I have a friend that did me the solid of going in and checking the negatives themselves with the employees since I live far from Wynwood. Low and behold, perfectly in focus. Give me a break. Imagine having a developer screw up your partner's birthday pictures and then tell you it was your fault. Thanks Bellows! Don't care that they offered to rescan, I don't trust people that don't at LEAST double check the work they present to their clients. Will most definitely be taking those negatives elsewhere and never coming back. It's a sad day when you witness how the growth of a business you were a loyal customer to impacts the quality of their services. read more

Been coming here for all my film needs for a couple of months now & I am always so pleased with the service I receive. The staff is so nice & helpful. They take the time to answer question and are easily approachable. They have several options for film development and time options of development within 1 hour, 24 hours, or 72 hours plus, the digitalis are then delivered to you via e-mail. They have film and cameras in-house as well. Street parking available with PayByPhone, and surprisingly enough there is usually spots open since most people drop off and go. read more

Gosh, where to start. What an awful experience. I decided to have a film developed here as it's closer to me than other film labs and I followed them on Instagram and they seemed to know what they were doing with the quality of photos. But, it's probably an Instagram vs reality situation and reality is the key. Walked in to the shop, it's decorated well, with lots of funky pieces and fully stocked. The shop had a smell like portable potty, not sure where that was coming from. The employee was okay, he helped me take out my film from my new camera. I filled out the form with "no rush" that was supposed to be ready in 72 hours. After 72 hours, I had not yet received my scanned photos via email. I called the shop and they said there had been "some mix up" not sure what this mix up was as this was as straightforward as it gets. A few hours later I had not yet received my photos so I tried calling again and no answer. I called a few times- no answer. I check my email and they had just sent my photos. I was missing about 6 photos from a 24 roll. I know depending on certain photos this can happen if they're too dark etc. Every single photo had a Scribble line on the top of the photo. Meaning they had not scanned them well probably in a rush. Their margin was off, and it came out in every photo. I called the next morning to inform them of this. They said they'd call me in a few minutes. A few hours passed and I called again. They said they were busy and would be rescanning the photos by the end of the day. They said that the 8 missing photos were not missing but actually too dark to scan. I thought alright that's fine. It happens. I finally get to checking out their new scan and every single photo has a squiggly line on the corner and guess what? Two new photos appear! Photos that were not in the first scan. I pick up my negatives and guess what? Another photo is in my negatives that was not scanned. What a waste of money and time. I don't think these folks know what they're doing. They misplace your things in a mix up, then scan them rushed and mess up margins and leave things in the scanners that ruin your photos. Definitely never coming here again. There are other film labs in Miami that focus more on the quality and knowledge behind film versus their shop aesthetic. My partner also had a bad experience with them as we both took films to be developed. Don't come here if you really care about quality and a job well done. read more

So so soooo disappointed in this place because I had such high hopes. Let me start with the positive, the decor and the cameras that they offer are so decent and cool from a photographer standpoint I felt appreciated all the details. Second the staff is very helpful and super sweet, even over the phone. The reason I'm giving it such a low rating is simply because I was hoping to simply drop off my film, develop it, and have them printed with the negatives ready for pick up. However, this isn't the case. They send you a link which in retrospect is very cool to have instant digital photos, but it's a link that expires, then you can email or call them to print each photo, and they throw the negatives away after. So you pay a pretty high price for a link essentially. When I asked the staff for the option I originally wanted it was stated that it wasn't possible. Unfortunately, my link eventually expired, I lost photos, and at my own expense my schedule didn't give me enough time to pick up the negatives. So although you have the option to save them to your phone, it wasn't what I wanted, and I wish they just had a few more options, because I literally cried when I found out there was no way to get my photos back read more

You fill out a paper when you get there and they have different options on when to receive your scans ( less than 24, 48 hours, 72 hours). They also sell cameras and rolls of film. read more

DO NOT DEVELOP HERE!!!! They destroyed all my photos!!!!! I am a photographer who was in Miami for the weekend doing a party and wanted quick turn around. Didn't take the time to look them up because I didn't even know that film developers weren't all created equally. After the fact my Miami friends told me they wished I told them I was going there because it's known that they ruin everyone's film and are trashed on Twitter which I don't use. This entire party I did has ruined photos - everyone is saturated, over exposed and orange!!!!! Now I had to edit 200 photos in post which I never have to do and the magic of film is totally lost. I have always looked for a place in town that would be able to develop my film & scan them to get them on my phone. Needless to say, I found my new go-to place to get my forever memories! Not only was all the staff super helpful, but they didn't make me feel bad for this being my first time and not knowing how things worked. They explained to me how the scanners worked & what results they produced to decide which one to pick with the resolution that best suited my needs. They even gave me the option to keep my film negatives, which CVS and Walgreens throw out automatically! The photos came super fast to my email, I chose the 24 hour turn around option but I got them in 17 hours, looks like I got lucky! Before I went to Bellows, it used to take close to 5-7 days to get my scans back. with Bellows, they usually have it back the next day (the option I choose) or if i'm not in a rush, I can save 10% (the discount they give if you're in no rush) and get it in 3 days which is much faster than other places. They ALWAYS have these big fridges full of film, so I usually stock up on Portra400 and 800. read more

The worst film lab I have ever been to. I've been shooting film for years and have consistently been to labs in New York and London and never once have I had an issue. I get to Bellows and select 24 hour turn around time, it's been over 72 hours and after calling multiple times, I was informed that the machine messed up my roll, so the photos could not be read by the scanner. I proceeded to ask for a refund from the store's confrontational manager, who at first refused to give me one. "This happens with film sometimes," no apology, no initiative or effort to try and make up for their error. There should be a disclaimer on their website saying that there is the possibility their machine will damage your roll. Once I provided the manager my card info, it couldn't be found in the system! What a surprise! These people have absolutely no idea what they are doing. This is an embarrassment of a lab. read more
