My friend- who is a senior citizen, knocked on the door and rang the door bell, and he saw us, but refused to have any ounce of common decency and politeness to answer our question. He flat out ignored us. We decided to dine at the Pollo Tropical nearby and wait a little past noon to visit the store, since we were in need of the flash. I wanted to make sure and called their store front- no response. The automated messages didn't specify any closures, etc. We then drove back around 12:20 PM and it was STILL closed!!! I knocked on the window to signal that same employee, but STILL ignored us! WOW. I am really disgusted by your "customer service" and lack thereof. I don't know if you guys are remodeling or even still in business, but it sucks that you guys wasted my time by not specifying anything.

There's a vintage sign outside that says 24 hours photo developing, but I don't think that is offered anymore. But at least they keep things vintage as they like old things, as well as the new. Free parking is in the back - accessible on NE 2nd Ave, even though the storefront faces Biscayne Blvd. You can cut across the parking lot next door though, and get onto NE 2nd Ave and then park at the right parking lot.

Shoutout to Sergio and a few other friends on Instagram who suggested this spot as it is pretty much the only place that fixes cameras in Miami -- crazy I know! The man helping me was honest and gave me realistic expectations on how much it'll cost to fix and the timeframe. Additionally, he gave me great advice and best practices and how I should use my cameras with more causation. I'm hopeful that he'll be able to fix my camera without breaking the bank! Very disappointing customer service experience. I recently purchased a brand-new Leica camera from…read morethe Leica store in Amsterdam, and after arriving home discovered it wouldn't work. I waited until I was in Miami because I assumed a Leica store would be able to assist me with a nearly new Leica product. I completely understand that the Miami store is independently owned and may not be able to exchange a camera purchased at another location. What I do not understand is the complete unwillingness to help. I had the Amsterdam store, where I purchased the camera, literally on the phone and asked the Miami representative if he would speak with them to see what could be done. He refused to even help or speak with the Amsterdam representative who was waiting to see what could be worked out.. Thankfully, the Amsterdam store was extremely helpful, reviewed my receipt, recognized how recently the camera was purchased, and is arranging for a brand-new replacement. For a premium brand like Leica, I expected a much higher level of customer service from an authorized store. Even if an exchange was not possible, simply making an effort to assist a customer or communicate with the selling Leica store would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, that was not my experience in Miami. Makes me even question purchasing a Leica and any customer service to come after that, especially from the Miami store.
