The response I received from my Google review, I found it disappointing. Feedback is part of running any business, and dismissing it as a reflection of someone's character rather than addressing the concern doesn't come across as professional. Taste is subjective, yes, but so is customer experience, and both deserve to be acknowledged respectfully otherwise what is the point of reviews and feedback.

Sharol, the owner, and Jax were our nail technicians. We arrived a few minutes before our appointments and we we were taken right in. Both ladies did a nice job with our services. Sharol and Jax were easy to talk to and offered good tips on activities and dining around Banff and Canmore.
