She is a perfectionist and I was put at ease knowing that my eyebrows and lashes were going to be in great hands. The treatments went by quickly and painlessly. It's reassuring to know that Summer has had microblading and the lash treatment done before so she understands what it's like the be the one on the comfy chair. At the end of the treatment I was beyond happy with my brows and lashes. My eyebrows have never looked so freaking good, and my lashes have never looked so long and "naturally" curled before!! I booked my appointment through their on-line system and it was beyond easy, got an email instantly and confirmed my appointment. I arrived to my appointment 10 mins early and this wasn't a problem at all. I was greeted as soon as i walked in the door and was told that Kelsey would be with me shortly. The only down side is that there is only 2 chairs in the waiting area and another customer decided she needed the other chair for her purse and coat. However I didn't need to sit down to wait because Kelsey was out to greet me. She took me back and got me set up for my pedicure. She was very professional and even when I told her that my feet are ridiculously ticklish she just smiled and said not a problem. This store is extremely clean, the staff are friendly and professional and to top it all off I got to keep the bottle of nail polish! So happy that this place is close to home so I don't have to make the trek downtown anymore. Can't wait to book another appointment with these great ladies!

They should not be charging people for mega volume sets when they actually do not do them the highest they go up to is a 15 and to take 2 1/2 hours and you just pretty much gave me normal light lashes and made me pay 200 and some dollars definitely not mega not even close false advertising!!!

I went in to get a shadow root on my platinum blonde hair and left absolutely devastated. I had…read moremaybe 2 centimetres of visible roots on my head and my stylist put a BLACK dye on my roots and dragged it out about halfway down my hair. It's not blended at all and it just looks like I have extremely grown out roots. She also refused to give me bangs, which I don't understand like it's my hair. I have no idea how I'm going to fix this as I absolutely love my platinum blonde and I don't know if I'll be able to get it back after this mishap. I also feel I was over charged as this whole thing cost 220$. I got in the car and cried all night. I've never had such a bad experience. I'm calling today to let them know I'm really unhappy. But I don't know if there's anything they can do. I would not recommend this place, it's just not worth the risk. I've posted what I wanted and what I ended up with below.

This made me rush to my other meeting. The lady before me was getting full face threading, perhaps they shouldn't book appointments so close together and exercise better time management.
