It's not quite as it appears online or publicizes. Sure ain't luxury! Amenities are cool but obviously you don't all get to live in the amenity building. There are plenty of overpriced apts nearby you could try instead. Overall it's ok but for the price point you may want to steer clear. Receiving packages here is frustrating because Fetch is pretty awful. If you pay for prime or expedited shipping rarely if ever will it arrive in the time you pay for. They said we would get rid of them then they said we are keeping them. #Unorganized Trash service that they utilize isn't consistent. Sometimes they pick up sometimes they don't. Outdoor based front door and lack of efficient pest control makes it very frustrating during warmer months because it's bugs everywhere. Spiderwebs in the stairwell, communities of ants at the walkway, and all types of flying things around your front door. Again....ANTS ARE WILD HERE. They have to pay rent as well because I've never seen anything like it!! Complain if you want but might not get a reply, Besides Tyler most of the people who have worked at the leasing office aren't the most responsive nor consistently there to answer the phone. We've complained of a moldy smell in our water heater closet and laundry closet... Given the run around.. Random leaks from the ceiling and bathroom struggles with ventilation. The maintenance ppl are cool but I'm not sure they know how to deal with it. "Security gate" is not that secure. Residents and guests hit it often HOWEVER just as is, it doesn't always read residents sticker to open nor does the guest call box work consistently. Just this week now the exit gate is getting stuck so they just leave it open. Which impacts your food deliveries and car services. Countless times our driver has been frustrated trying to call us from the box. You darn near have to dig up the soil or decorative rocks if your dog poops or else you get a poop fee. Which is $300 per time. Dog park has rats near it at the trash cans so we don't utilize it as much. The deer are cool to watch but the coyotes can be alittle alarming for dog parents. Gym is decent. Clubhouse and wine machine costs extra to use for an event. May be a nice change to offer free rental for residence in the future. I think it's like $200 per hour. The views from many back patios are gorgeous! This place has potential but as of August 2023 I wouldn't suggest it. Their community app is just a forum of constant complaints which can get depressing but they do have community event from time to time with free alcohol! As with any apartments, there are the positives and the negatives. The biggest positive, and what truly suckers everyone into ultimately deciding to have bells bluff as their place of residence, is the amenities. Not often can you find a place with two pools and two work out areas. It probably also helps that the floor plans look nice with a good looking island. With all of that said, I need to state the negatives, or atleast things you must consider before choosing to live at bells bluff apartments. First, if you are not in the main building and want to use the amenities, expect to either drive up or walk a half mile just to get to the main building, if you live in one of the outer buildings(I currently live in building 13). I currently walk everyday to workout, and i like to think of it as a nice half mile warm up there and cool down half mile walk back. The biggest negative to this place is by far the pests. Since the door to your apartment goes directly outside, there are always a plethora of bugs hanging on the stairs and other critters outside of your apartment. With them being outside of your apartment, you would think that is fine, but the biggest problem is actually the ants. I have currently been residing for 3 months, and have had a big ant problem. I have contacted pest control multiple times, and have seen them physically spray next to doors, windows, and any seal for them to enter, and it doesn't help. I am a very clean person(I thoroughly clean once a week) and I see ants atleast once a week. After just cleaning one day, I woke up to a parade of over one hundred ants crawling between my cabinets and the sink, and there was no food in the cabinets! You wouldn't think ants would be a problem, until you realize that you are constantly killing them, having pest control come, and them just not leaving ever! Now to wrap it all up. I have absolutely enjoyed my time at bells bluff so far! I can't deny that the amenities are truly some of the best I have ever seen and been able to use. I just need any future residents to not get quite as blinded by them as I did, and realize that there is a problem that really cannot be fixed, and that is the pests and ants. There are so many apartments with insides of apartments that are just as nice, if not better, for the same cost of around $1700 for a single bedroom. If I could choose again, I would be in an apartment without pest problems, hands down, as this place has by far the worst pest problem I have ever seen. read more

I would recommend you live anywhere else in Nashville. We loved living in Bells Bluff our first 2 years but our third year has been a dumpster fire. They love to nickel and dime their residents. They are extremely uncommunicative and fail to respond to tenants emails. They barely let us out of our lease even with us emailing back and forth for months with them. What was once a great find has become something I would steer all friends from due to changes in management. read more

My boyfriend and I were lookIng into getting a new apartment so on a whim we decided to go check out Bells Bluff. We were immediately greeted by the most awesome woman named Hayden. She didn't waste any time (which is exactly my style). She took us immediately to the apartment with the best view and we were sold right then and there. The best part about Hayden is that we didn't leave confused on what any of the fees will be ( a lot of big apartment complex try to throw in hidden fees and not let you be aware until you are physically signing the lease. ). So that night we went home and filled out our application and paid the fee. Within the next 2 days we had the deposit paid and everything in order. A few days later we decided we wanted to switch to a 2 bedroom. She made it EFFORTLESS. There were no issues and she made us feel no amount of stress at alll. We love the apartment so much and she has been so prompt with answering any email we have with questions about things related to the apartment. I recommend this apartment to everyone because it is SO nice, but what made it even nicer was working with someone as knowledgeable and willing to help as Hayden. I'm looking forward to the rest of our lease here and could even see us re-signing. read more

Please be aware that Southern Hospitality is just a myth nowadays. Apartment Locators recommended Bells Bluff to me based on the higher end quality. Nothing could be further from the truth. I was looking for the quietest apartment since I accepted position as a third shift ICU nurse. Instead, I was given "premium" top floor apartment in the building closest to three highways. Noise level was unbearable inside and outside. When I requested to void the 14 months lease, I was threatened by Cindy, Bells Bluff manager, to be taken to court and pay full lease. As soon as she said that she hung up the phone and left me without place to live, with all my furniture in the retal van, and living in the hotel. I wasn't even provided any information about their corporate office. It took me a while, but I finally was able to contact corporate office. After the weekend, Kendrick, leasing agent, offered the bottom floor apartment at the higher price. I felt threatened that I will be held liable for the first lease if I will not take the bottom floor apartment. Next week, Sashia, regional manager, reached out and apologized for the whole situation. The apartment was dirty versus brand new one that I was offered originally. She promised to review the pricing and get back to me. Six months went by and Sashia never responded. I contacted her again, and finally after numerous requests she denied my request to have my rent lowered to the price of the bottom floor apartment that was offered in April. Beware of their advertised prices. On FaceBook their apartments vary from $1,355 to$1,825. Once you come to see the apartment, these prices are not available. read more

Renters beware! NOT a luxury complex... no elevators, concierge or mailroom. The buildings are literally falling apart (cracks in the walls that maintenance refers to as "settling") screens on windows have to be taped up so bugs don't come in because the screens don't fit the windows- everything was done cheaply. Speaking of bugs, there are a LOT a of them. They charge for "pest control" yet at times you can't even walk up the stairs to your apt without swatting away spiderwebs... Management is constantly turning over so there's no consistency. Can't even park in front of your building as there aren't enough spots and zero controls around how many guests come in. Trash isn't picked up on a regular basis yet prices for that service continue to increase. A fitness trail is/was shown on the website that simply doesn't exist as pictured. The whole place is a nickel and dime you for everything kind of experience and services don't match up to what you pay. Do yourself a favor and find another complex down the road- there are plenty of BRAND NEW buildings that are far more aligned with luxury living. Bell's Bluff ain't it. read more

DO NOT MOVE HERE. I moved in without touring my unit, which was mistake number one. My apartment was so moldy + musty, I had to do a mold test, and run a dehumidifier continuously while emptying it 7+ times a day. This didnt remove any of the must smell, which ruined all of my clothes, nice furniture, and made me feel sick. When I put in multiple maintenance requests and a maintenance man said "this is terrible, I cant believe you've been living like this." The leasing managers "did a mold test" when I was on vacation and claimed nothing was found, and refused to do anything to help. Fast forward to move out, I was charged 160+ to replace all new blinds because a window had a leak I didnt see. They blamed this on me and said it was my fault because I didnt notice it at move in and write it down. Apartment complex is full of bugs, cheaply made apartment where they'll blame you so you have to pay for their mistakes. Staff here is rude, talks down to you, and refuses to help when you are in need. I would never recommend this apartment complex or staff to anyone. read more

Things have progressively gotten worse here at Bells Bluff Luxury apartment community. There is an old saying that goes if it seems too good to be true it may just be too good to be true. They are currently offering $4000 off your rent if you move in right now and with everything going on that's a real hard offer to beat. But please believe you will be displeased, dissatisfied and angry with yourself if you decide to live here. Not only are the grounds not picked up and kept the way a brand new luxury community want to be but the Management group for this community it's still brand new and I think still learning how to manage a luxury community properly. there have been homeless individuals that roam the property and even squat in vacant unsecure apartments. And you can hear everything your neighbors upstairs and downstairs are doing. I want to warn anyone and everyone so they do not make the same mistake I made almost 10 months ago when I first moved in and sign my lease. read more

The place is in an excellent location and an easy commute for me in the morning but I am really bothered by the unfinished projects here. REPOSTING AS THIS HAS BEEN DELETED... Bell's Bluff started as a nice apartment when we moved in. As the building began to fill up, poor construction was displayed over and over. Little to no insulation between floors results in hearing your neighbors at all hours of the day. When you report noise issues to management as a violation of the quiet hours in the lease, it took several months to see action. Windows leaked and resulted in water stains and bubbles/peeled paint. Maintenance often does not show up when scheduled and fails to fix things appropriately (i.e. shimming a door with rolled up painter's tape). Gas grills not turned on for various periods from November-January for no reason and the lock on the outer gate to the dog park was broken for about 2 months as well. Furthermore, water is not turned on in the dog park despite 90+ degree weather. Overall, very disappointed with the lack of management and communication at this apartment complex. Certainly would not recommend to anyone looking for a place in Nashville after our experience. read more
