I thought that's pretty expensive. I should just buy a new pair of boots. Nevertheless, I agreed to pay the money. The quality of the heel replacements was fine with me and it took about five days to complete my request. In honesty, I'm not sure if that's a fair price. Next time I'll shop around first.

It has taken the value of the purse away. I still have NOT received my purse because they refuse to fix it. I've been going back and forth for nearly two years.
