I have been coming here for yoga since the middle of my pregnancy and now into postpartum. The yoga instructors and so friendly and knowledgeable and they do such a beautiful job of creating a community for women throughout their motherhood journey. I've been to the toddler and family yoga with Kelsey and she makes it such a fun time for families to explore yoga with their kids. I'm going to try out baby yoga soon and I bet it will be just as great. Women need more places like Belly Bliss! read more

I cannot recommend this place enough. My first pregnancy was a Covid baby so I never got to experience a prenatal massage, but man are they glorious. Erika was beyond amazing. I set up monthly appointments and she figured out my body so quickly so we could just target my problem areas. It was so relaxing and just what I needed. There was even a time I couldn't find childcare for my oldest and they offered to watch him for the hour so I could still come in. Such quality service and caring individuals working there. It's been so nice to look forward to my appointments there knowing I'm getting the best care. read more

Worst prenatal massage I've had yet. This is my second pregnancy and my pain is severe. The therapist did not seam to know much about how to relieve sciatic issues, was super rough on the hands (odd I know...my wrists kept popping painfully) and had poor time management skills. It was a terrible fluff n buff with painful intermittent attempts at therapeutic massage. Everyone was very kind but it just didn't provide a relaxing, therapeutic experience. Also...the pillows were super thin and weak so laying on my side was just as bad as on my stomach...I'm 7 months. I used to go to belly up in park meadows and they worked wonders!! When I was pregnant with my first baby and for the year after he was born, Belly Bliss was a terrific resource for exercise, breastfeeding info, support, etc. Once my second was born, Belly Bliss had raised their prices to a completely ridiculous level. It's just so far beyond a reasonable price for classes, even the package prices are extortionate. And now shutting down the Stanley location. Stapleton is a hot bed for babies and moms in Denver, closing down the location convenient for them is going to hurt business even more than the prices have. read more

Don't bother even trying to set anything up here. The same day I scheduled they called and said they wouldn't see me due to some excuse they made up when I filled out the intake forms. So bummed I was looking forward to trying there yoga to see if it helped with my soreness and morning sickness but they wouldn't even keep me scheduled for a chiropractic appointment because they made up I have an injury that I don't. They have never seen me and only made up there minds based on an form you fill out before. Pretty upset that they have randomly decided that I have an injury that I don't and they wouldn't even talk with me further. Very unprofessional to read into something that is not there. read more

Really disappointed. 39 weeks pregnant and all I wanted was a prenatal massage. Apparently you can't book those online so they ask you to fill out a "contact us" sheet and someone will follow back up to book the appointment. An entire week went by before I heard back. I was expecting a phone call to set up the appointment and instead all I got was an email asking me to call in and book the appointment. Ok, a little strange, I figured if they want business they would call and set things up. But, I gave them a call anyways - 3 different times, during business hours, throughout the day and it just rings and rings then goes to voicemail. Not what I was looking for. I don't want to have to chase you down to get a massage. Poor customer service acumen. I feel bad for their massage therapists that they don't have more proactive schedulers, however maybe they are so busy they don't need the business. read more

This review is for chiropractic services at Belly Bliss. I received prenatal and postnatal care from both Dr. Jaimy and Dr. Elena for my first pregnancy, and my daughter also receives infant care from both chiropractors. I have been consistently delighted with my experience. Drs. Jaimy and Elena are thorough and always take the time to fully explain things to their patients. Dr. Elena in particular has been invaluable in address some digestive issues my daughter was having. I used to think chiropractic had a fairly limited scope (basically cracking your back for you), but now I see it as an indispensable piece of an effective overall healthcare strategy for myself and my children. For those busy during the week, Saturday appointments are now available as well as M-F. Big plus! Highly recommend! read more

If you are having trouble breastfeeding go to Belly Bliss, your first class is free. You will learn so much and stop feeling alone and like you're failing. We hired Marianne, the Lactation consultant to come to our home and show me how to do it in my own setting but the classes were very valuable as well. This place brings a wonderful community of women together at all different points during pregnancy and mommyhood. There's so much support and education that I found Belly Bliss much more catered to my needs than the hospital and their classes and services. They teach everything from prenatal yoga to baby sign language classes. It's really an amazing service if you haven't gone in there yet. There is some parking in a garage off Josephine and an elevator so new mommies can get there easily. read more

Great for hippies. The wife and I took the ~$250 birth preparedness class. The class was great, but also filled with lots of "We're not going to directly say that C-sections, drugs, and epidurals are bad, but we're going to present you with overwhelming evidence to get you freaked out about them." On the big day, we ended up going through 20 hours of labor, an epidural (gasp!), some drugs (our only regret), and a C-section (double gasp!). Found out that, because of our 10 lb baby, if we didn't get a C-section, they would've had to break our baby boy's clavicle to fit him through my wife's va-J-J. If I could do it over, I'd have just taken the $75 class at Swedish. Find a doctor you trust, then trust his advice and experience. And don't be afraid to ask doctors and nurses, "What would you do if this was YOUR baby?" read more

Just wanted to do a quick update for two things: 1. Belly Bliss carries a lot of different tea leaves that they can mix together that help ease things like heartburn or other pregnancy symptoms. They do have a pretty basic pre-natal mixture that includes things like Nettle (high in iron, good for kidneys and liver among other things), rose hips (an excellant sorce for vitamin C, helps boost immune system), and red raspberry leaves (contains vitamins A, B, and E, as well as calcium, phosphorous, iron, and an acid neutralizer to help tone the uterus) and a few other things. They will also add or take away tea leaves to make a mixture specific to your needs. 2. The Vinyasa Yoga class on Wednesday mornings at 10 am with April are awesome if you looking for a flow-style yoga class that is safe to do while pregnant or have just recently had a baby. Even if you aren't familiar with yoga, but are looking for something that can help stretch out your sore parts while helping you increase strength and flexibility I would highly recommend trying this class out. This place sucks so I have a hard time believing that they have any good reviews. Here is why: I bought a 10-pack of classes during my pregnancy and it was a hit or miss every time (mostly misses though) I only went 3 times before getting annoyed and frustrated during my pregnancy. After I had the baby I wanted use these classes up so I gave them another chance, again, hit or miss. Tried the mommy and baby yoga and that went pretty well, but then I went to this dance and playtime class and had a horrible experience. -They played pop songs about sex-not appropriate for a baby music class (I could just turn the radio on a home). -The instructor chatted with the other mom like they were friends most of the time which seemed very unprofessional. If you want to chat like girlfriends and tell a mom the her baby is "sooo cute" 100 times then do it outside of class, not on my time. This instructor completely lacked professionalism which came off as flat out rude. -But the biggest offense was when the instructor made some incorrect assumptions about my baby. Though the children were exactly the same age she gave one instruction to the other mom and another to me. My baby gets very shy in classes so to make an assumption on what he is or isn't ready for or how far along he is in his development is not your place, especially when the babies are the exact same age. Let me assure you that my child's development is completely on track. Offer moderations if you feel one is more advanced but don't make assumptions, its just not your place. We left the class half way through because we didn't find it fun or worth our time. In addition, call me crazy if I didn't feel like watching my child get treated unfairly and underestimated. When I shared this with the owner, her only response to me literally was "I don't know what to say." Well lets see, how about I'm sorry to hear you had a bad experience, or Ill talk to this instructor, or here is a free class because I'm confident this will never happen again. No, none of that. In conclusion, you may have done a great job branding and some of your instructors are alright, but for the most part, there are always subs so you can never know who will be teaching the class and some of them are in no way qualified (or good at) the classes they are teaching. Belly Bliss- you are only as good as your teachers and having several bad experiences now I think its in your best interest to have higher standards when hiring instructors. Also, if you don't have customer service experience or if you don't care about customer satisfaction then of course do nothing, but if you do, I advise that you either higher a manager or learn to handle negative situations better. As for me, I got a refund and hope to never see them again. I will make sure to spread the word and tell my friends not to waste their time or money. Thanks for reading! read more

I'm expecting my first child and was looking forward to taking the "Blissful Breastfeeding" class from Deb Mills after hearing great things about the classes at Belly Bliss from reviews online. However, I was really disappointed with this class. I felt that it lacked organization and structure and we ran out of time to cover everything that I thought would be covered in this class. It was a 2 hour scheduled class, but ended up going 30 minutes longer. I think that for future classes, the class should at least be scheduled for 3 hours, so that it doesn't feel so rushed, the students are given a chance to discuss and ask questions, and so that there is more than 1 bathroom break during class. I left the class more confused, with more questions and an overwhelming feeling than by the whole concept of breastfeeding than when I arrived. I am now spending money (again) to take ANOTHER breastfeeding class through Rose Hospital because of the fact that I took nothing away from the Belly Bliss class. It was really disappointing!! $100 for two breastfeeding classes... not ok! read more

Every once in a while you happen upon one of those places in the community that consistently go above and beyond in service to other, Belly Bliss is one of those places. I happened in here for a pre natal yoga class and just keep coming back. My husband and I attended one of the 6 week birthing classes and were blown away by the instructor. She was highly informative, cultivated a community in the class (we are still friends with other attendees), and welcomed the awkward jokes and questions from my eccentric husband. He still recommends it to other soon to be fathers. The chiropractic and massage here are outstanding, best I could find in Denver pre and immediate post pregnancy. To top it off, my daughter is now 10 months and they gracious enough to let me use a massage room pump one day when I forgot my battery pack and was working remote while my car was in the shop. Belly Bliss is great! I went once for prenatal yoga and once for a massage. The class was well worth it, but for the massage I would go a block or so over to harmonys family. You cannot beat Regina's prenatal massage. Belly Bliss has an online ordering and class scheduling system that I find valuable. After a rough first few experiences with Belly Bliss, I have to say the owners were very concerned about remedying my bad experiences and addressing my concerns. I think this matters in a business and shows that the women who run Belly Bliss do care a lot about their clients. Wonderful prenatal work out classes! I take a mixture of the yoga and the fusion sculpt classes and I enjoy them both. All of the instructors have been friendly and they ask about any aches and pains we all might have as pregnant mommas and tailor the class to work through them in a comfortable way. I love theses classes because I don't have to worry about modifying the moves, or worrying about if I am doing something I am not supposed to - which is what I was always worried about in regular work out classes. These instructors are trained, specifically, to work with pregnancy. I have not taken advantage of their other services, but they seem to have great options (massage, acupuncture, classes, etc). I am looking froward to taking some of the postnatal classes (esp the ones where I can bring my baby). read more

I had my appointment today at a whopping $125 dollars for a chiropractic intake appointment. When she said the price, I worked hard to keep my jaw from hitting the floor. I felt like the intake was fairly comprehensive but I left barely feeling any relief post adjustment. Honestly, The Joint which has appointments for $39 gave me more relief. I am hesitant to return to get adjusted here and $125 was not worth it. This chiro is also fresh out of school (I think) which could be part of it. I will say that although the adjustment was not worth it for the price and I don't feel relief, everyone at this was professional and friendly. I'm bummed to say the least (and still in pain). I have a massage scheduled next week and I'm on the verge of canceling. I really wanted to like this place because the people are so sweet. I would be willing to change my review for an adjustment with the other doctor in the office ----- Update 5/31 They emailed me and said sorry for the experience and the other chiropractor can see you for a $60 charge. I won't be returning to Belly Bliss--disappointed in the customer service. Steer clear ------ update 6/20 No response to this review nor have I heard from the owner. This place has it all! If you're looking to get pregnant, are pregnant, or had your baby, this is the place for you. The yoga and fitness classes are great and if you want private lessons, they do that too. They also have workshops such as cloth diapering, make your own baby food, infant massage instruction, Bradley method, childbirth education and so much more! Just when I thought it couldn't get any better, they have an bunch of alternative health professionals too. And they have a wonderful selection of products you can buy too. I went for a great prenatal massage back in the early Fall. I was in one of 2 rooms on the 2nd floor and chatted a bit before with the other pregnant woman there for a massage too. My therapist was great and my room was serene. The other woman told me after that, while her technician was also skilled, her room was very noisy from the attached workout studio. I suppose I should therefore recommend that you make sure to request the quieter massage room! I also came for baby and me yoga. The staff was lovely and the space is clean and nice. We had Morgan as our sub teacher. She was warm and welcoming. We sang songs and did activities with our baby. This was a bigger class, and I do wish it was a bit smaller or roomier. I also prefer to do a bit more sweating and actual yoga in my classes. However, it was a nice class and a good hour spent! I will certainly try it out again. read more

This place has been such an amazing place to be apart of during my pregnancy. Early in in my pregnancy I started with prenatal yoga, I've taken classes, gotten massages, and acupuncture here since then (I'm now at 39 weeks). Morgan who teaches yoga is the freaking best. Her energy and flow are so on point with what is needed during pregnancy. Beth's massages are pure heaven! Macushla (acupuncture) is a true healer. Later in my pregnancy I have experienced crazy swelling in my feet, pain in my sacrum/lower back and awful carpal tunnel syndrome. After seeing Macushla my swelling has gone down, my sacrum doesn't hurt nearly as bad, and after just a few sessions my carpal tunnel is feeling much better, I can hold a pen for longer than 5 minutes, I can clean my house again, and I can cut my own dinner up (none of these things were possible before)! I'll most definitely continue seeing her postpartum. The support this place provides is truly incredible. read more

I went to Belly Bliss for a 6 week natural childbirth class. Every class was mostly 3 hrs of listening to content-heavy slides being quickly read to us with an occasional activity. Let me tell you - if you are sitting there getting 3 hrs of content thrown at you, you don't learn a lot. She then wanted us to watch videos, listen to podcasts and read more info in between classes - it was ridiculous. If I am dedicating 18 hrs towards childbirth classes I shouldn't need to go home and read additional materials, the handouts and materials from class should be enough. Who has the time for that as a new parent and most of all, why would that ever be necessary? Teacher was obviously very passionate but more motivated to talk at us rather than truly show us what she was teaching. The little activities we did have were often shortened or skipped over so she could continue with slides. She claimed to be open-minded but her obvious disdain for any medication and circumcision was not hidden. This class left me more freaked out about pregnancy rather than confident and empowered, and this was all due to the teaching style. It was obvious she wanted us to hire her as a doula after overwhelming us with info. If you're a crunchy kinda person who sees doctors/nurses as a horrible way to guide birth then take this class, those are the only people I would recommend this for. Otherwise, don't waste your time and money. Additional note: despite my bad class experience, I decided to give belly bliss a shot for acupuncture to induce 5 days before my due date. I was told that the acupuncturist preferred new patients on Fridays even though she also treats people on Wednesdays - obviously what you want and need (even when time-sensitive) is not a priority. Words can not express the amazing experiences I have had with everyone at Belly Bliss. From Mindy in the front - everything has been first rate. I am a first time mom at 40. Over the last ten years I have suffered from significant back issues resulting in 3 disc surgeries and a dropped foot on the right side. I came to Belly Bliss seeking to prevent back flareups during my pregnancy. Dr. Jaimy kept me pain-free, and very mobile. Post-pregnancy I thought I would have back issues caring for my little one but because of my work with Dr. Jaimy - I have been pain free. To help support her work I also get massages with Miyako too....she is amazing...I feel asleep and drooled last time. read more

After giving birth I was left with some issues on my hips and lower back area. When I walked in here the first time, I was in pain and had a hard time getting around. After the first visit with Dr. Jamie I left so much better. I had weekly appointments with her and then bi-weekly and I can say that after each appointment I had a tremendous improvement every time. Several weeks after and I'm almost 100% recovered. Dr. Jamie was amazing. She's very knowledgeable and welcoming. The front desk lady was super easy to work with and very friendly. Belly Bliss is such a wonderful idea, having all of these services available to support women in their child-bearing years is so great! The owners are so welcoming and the staff is very informative - I've switched to exclusively using cloth diapers with my toddler through the education I received there. Also, the orgasmic birth film that Belly Bliss holds screenings for has encouraged me to have an unmedicated birth with my second child, and even lead me to want to have a doula - yet another service I was able to take advantage of! Since the studio is in the garden level of the building, it's hard to carry a stroller in through the front door, but there is a convenient stroller entry through the parking garage in the back, and there are even reserved spots in the garage to make parking convenient. read more

I'm really surprised to see some of the negative reviews below (although one bad review I read had to do with the lack of parking in Cherry creek. How this is Belly Bliss' fault is beyond me.) My experience was nothing but good. I took prenatal yoga classes throughout my pregnancy 3-6 times a week. Different instructors teach most days, and like any teacher, some I "clicked" with more than others, and would make sure to go to classes led by instructors I liked best. The yoga classes helped with my back pain, tiredness, nausea, and insomnia. It was a lifesaver especially during the very uncomfortable third trimester. I then took a postpartum baby boot camp. I didn't love the instructor, but I think this had to do with personal teaching style preferences, and wasn't anything to do with the instructor or her competency. The class helped to get me back into a workout routine after baby. The staff is kind and helpful if you call or stop in, and I have zero complaints. Belly Bliss is a great resource for the community. read more

Belly Bliss is great! I went to 3-4 classes per week (belly yoga and fusion) throughout my pregnancy. These classes really helped me stay comfortable and healthy throughout my pregnancy. The yoga classes in particular helped soooo much when my muscles where tight and I was getting uncomfortable. Now that I have my little munchkin we go to the mommy and me classes and we both love them. It is a great way to get some yoga in without needing to find child care. Plus, it's a good place to meet other moms. I recommend Belly Bliss all the time! read more

Just had the best prenatal massage from Miyako! She uses the face down belly pillow - I am 33 weeks and got to get a regular person massage (not on my side). She also did some great stretching that really helped with my sore back, legs, arms...sore everything when you are in your 3rd trimester. Worth every penny! I am hoping some other tired mommies read this and go get some TLC - so worth it - I can't wait to go back. Also want to give a shout out to the great prenatal yoga and sculpt classes - it is really a nice community of providers and a great way to connect with other pregnant mammas. This is my 3rd pregnancy - but the 1st one where I went to Belly Bliss. That being said - I have been to a number of other similar maternity/new mommy classes in Denver and love the vibe at Belly Bliss and the new space - very zen like and mellow. Mommy and Me Toddler Yoga is the best! My 2-year old and I have been going to the Saturday Mommy and Me yoga for several months now. My daughter loves it and is disappointed if we can't go. She just watched for the first couple of months, but now she participates in the class. She even started saying "om" at home if she gets upset! How funny! Casey is a great teacher and offers little tidbits on toddler development that I appreciate. We really enjoy our special time together. The 8 for $80 package for Mommy and Me classes is a good deal.
