It can get pricey, but it is an investment to your health and well-being, which is worth every penny! They have a holistic approach and target the treatment to individual needs. In my experience most places that take traditional insurance do not have the same philosophy and can only focus on one target area. I am overweight and never felt shamed or told to lose weight at anytime. I have not always had the same experience with other providers, so it was refreshing. Andrew got to the root cause of my symptoms and provided me with stretches and exercises to help alleviate pain and improve my workout goals. The table is comfortably toasty and the music is chill. Deb and I have great conversation. If it's a sleepy day for me, we'll not talk and that's alright, too. Deb let's me know when she feels a particular tight area, which helps me with remembering to target certain areas to stretch when I exercise. She gets those knots out! I feel sooo much better after my massage. The front desk admin, Robin, is always super nice as well and asks how I'm doing. It's just all around a peaceful place to go and be rejuvenated.
