I think this studio seems to be the one with the highest level of cleanliness and the showers don't look grungy. The shower curtains are also long enough to touch the floor so you're not stepping in a puddle after your shower! I took Robin's class at 3:30 and she put me to work! My traps and glutes are on fire. I love the ENERGY the instructors bring from the moment you walk in the door- I always feel welcomed, seen and encouraged. The workouts kick my butt no matter what level class it is since there can always be modifications. The instructors encourages by name, corrects your form, and are attentive. As much as I don't like driving from town to Kailua, KOMO gets me so I'll continue to make the sacrifice. Thanks for helping me show up to be a stronger better version than me.

Problem was it was always busy that's why I was looking for another gym. Anytime told me their rate was $60 a month. I figured just $10 more than what I was paying and less crowded. Ends up they charge your credit card every 2 weeks instead of once a month. That comes out to being charged 26 times per year instead of 24, so you're actually pay for 13 months, but in only 12 months. So my $60 a month turned into $76 per month.... Also a $35 fee charged every six months for I don't know what? No amenities...they turned off internet so cannot watch News or TV will sitting on a bike. Regularly run out of paper or rags to wipe off machines, etc.. Place just wants your $$$ & no complaints!

I mean if her class is always booked, with a waitlist that never seems to go down, then she's doing something right! Especially when other cycling coaches only have 4-5 people who show up at their class. He really listened to my needs and my goals. He was also very eager to accommodate my program based on the exercises that I was able to do and the ones that I wasn't - he did not force me to do certain workouts, but instead suggested alternatives to those exercises. He was very good at checking in via e-mail and text. Jono also helped me put up a program when I had to travel, and for those weeks in which I wouldn't be able to hit the gym (all of them very good exercises).
