Setting aside how you may feel about their political behavior, it's just not a good place to shop anymore. Today I was there and they had no lint roller refills. Not out of stock, they just don't carry them anymore. A wall of essentially identical new rollers with wasteful plastic handles. Presumably they make more selling the new sets and plastic waste be damned. An entire aisle of fruit gummies and applesauce squeezy packets, not a single package of raisins. In the entire store, not even the yogurt-covered ones (c'mon, they're basically candy- surely you can squeeze those in w the other sugary garbage?). The carts at this specific store either roll badly or not at all. I could go on and on. They're all tiny little nit-picky things which seem petty to even complain about, but they add up. I guess the people who make these decisions are betting (praying?) that people will keep shopping in spite of it. *They don't care if you complain as long as you keep spending.* The only thing consumers can do is vote w our feet. Tried picking up a prescription three times from this awful place. The first few times there were…read more6-10 cars ahead of me in the drive-through and due to commitments I had to leave (because the last time I picked up a prescription through the drive through I was the only one in line and was made to wait 20 minutes). Went back again this morning only to find a handmade sign in the window that read, "The Pharmacy is currently closed today due to pharmacist callout. Sorry for the trouble!" Then, 10 minutes later on my drive home, I received an automated call from Walgreens stating that my prescriptions are ready but that the pharmacy is closed. I called and spoke with someone at this Walgreens location who told me to go to another Walgreens (wait in line, etc.) to ask if my prescriptions could be transferred and filled. NO! I think Walgreens has wasted enough of my time and has caused enough TROUBLE! This is par for the course in Colorado...standards are so low here it's near impossible to write positive reviews for anyone or anything. I hope the people who support this incompetence, ineptitude and unprofessionalism are really happy with themselves...it's only going to get worse. Clean, well-stocked, well-organized, and well-run Walgreens…read more Staff is nice, layout is typical Walgreens, and the selection is typical. The pharmacy staff is professional, prompt, polite, and have it right the first time, every time. The drive-thru pharmacy is often a bit on the slower side, but I usually just go into the store anyway.
