Probably no surprise to anyone, but I'll add my voice: Target has gone from a store I enjoyed shopping at to a very bad shopping experience. Setting aside how you may feel about their political behavior, it's just not a good place to shop anymore. Today I was there and they had no lint roller refills. Not out of stock, they just don't carry them anymore. A wall of essentially identical new rollers with wasteful plastic handles. Presumably they make more selling the new sets and plastic waste be damned. An entire aisle of fruit gummies and applesauce squeezy packets, not a single package of raisins. In the entire store, not even the yogurt-covered ones (c'mon, they're basically candy- surely you can squeeze those in w the other sugary garbage?). The carts at this specific store either roll badly or not at all. I could go on and on. They're all tiny little nit-picky things which seem petty to even complain about, but they add up. I guess the people who make these decisions are betting (praying?) that people will keep shopping in spite of it. *They don't care if you complain as long as you keep spending.* The only thing consumers can do is vote w our feet. This store used to be my go to. The deli was always stocked, fresh looked great and the clothing, although heavily shopped still looked and was pretty decent/ taken care of. I have been here multiple times in the past few months, different times of day (first thing at open, at 5 pm, mid week, Monday, Thursday Friday and now a Tuesday.) . Empty shelves, yet again. This time a different excuse, but I am still unhappy. My point? I can understand one, or even a couple roughly stocked days but really?!!!! Every time I come, it looks like this? Cmon. I like the easy accessibility provided from the mall to Target. I don't usually have any issues locating items but did notice when trying out clothes in the dressing room I felt dismissed by the worker. I didn't feel uncomfortable by it but can see how someone would. Their store is organized like all the other targets, decoration in the back and clothes in the middle with groceries and other items. I typically don't leave reviews for stores, but I simply have to give a shout-out to this particular Target. The staff here are consistently friendly and helpful whenever I have questions about rewards, the app, or navigating self-checkout and regular checkout. It helps me get the best bang for the buck every time for excellent value! Every visit is a pleasant experience. The store is impeccably clean, well taken care of, and stocked with everything I need with great selection. Plus, its location within the Colorado Mills Mall is just perfect! I have never really been a big fan of this Target. It just gives off weird vibes. The store is organized strangely and all of the employees seem oddly miserable. That right there is a strong sign of poor management. That lack of proper management was further revealed during my trip over there tonight. When I got into the clothing section one of the first things I noticed was that the fitting room was barricaded on both ends by shopping carts and it was dark. I tracked down an employee and asked if there were any other fitting rooms and she said no. She went on to explain that the fitting room attendant called out today and they do not have enough employees to help run the fitting room. I was completely baffled. Why does management think it is acceptable to only have 1 person in charge of the fitting room? This is exactly why that is a bad idea. Target's biggest selling point is the clothing...why would it be acceptable to not have the fitting rooms open then?! I would think that just for today they could not have employees stocking already full shelves and maybe work the dressing rooms instead. I wonder how many sales they lost today because of this choice. When I got up to the 18-20 cash register lanes only 2 were open...why am I not surprised. I kid you not, at those 2 registers were 5....yes, FIVE Target employees just standing there. Tell me again why there was nobody available to work the fitting room. There are 2 other Targets that I frequent and they have never been like this. I would have taken a picture of this chatterbox gathering but our cashier was already giving me the side eye and looked extremely upset to be at work today. It is a shame that this Target is so poorly managed because it is in a great location and is even connected to the mall. I usually do not shop Target stores, however, they had a product I've been looking for on-line and it was much less expensive than at Amazon. I ordered it along with a few other items I needed in order to get free shipping. I received a partial order followed by an email telling me that I had to pick up the other items at this store. The shipping box I received with some items I ordered was crushed and the tape torn (not the fault of this store), just a little aggravating. Before I went to the customer service desk here, I wandered around the store. Either their stock was low, in certain departments, or they're not replenishing items. The store was messy and items were poorly displayed. I returned to the customer service department and was waited on quickly, picked up my order and left I found their prices higher than most stores, especially produce, therefore, I will probably not return. The one item I was interested in was available on-line but not available here. The bottom line is that I cannot recommend Target. read more

Target is Target no matter where you go. What makes the difference is cleanliness and friendliness of the employees. Having worked in retail, I appreciate the hard work with little grace and dignity experienced at the hand of pressured managers, disgruntled customers, and physical demands of the job. This Target location has been my go-to for almost a decade and, my experience has always been pleasant and friendly with the occasional frustrations of items being out of stock but, any store has that issue. The recent update Target has made to the shopping experience with new lighting, displays, and customer service kiosks was a nice change to see and added to the overall great experience I had today. read more

I can not stand this target, but I live 10,200ft up in the mountains by st Mary's glacier. And this is the "closest" one to me. I'll start with the fact that they tack on 1-59 cents on every single item you purchase, for a "public improvement fee" or whatever. Which is absolutely ridiculous. If an item is $10.45, with the "improvement fee" it's 11.05, and then tax it ends up being close to, or More than a $1.00 more than the advertised price, on every single item you purchase. If you buy 20 items, that's nearly $20.00 more than what you were really planning on spending. And there's no evidence on where the money even goes, snow is still piled up in the parking lot, as well as my daughter and I have slipped multiple times on built up ice in the parking lot. The bathrooms are ALWAYS outlandishly gross. I'd rather hold it during my hour drive home than to use their bathrooms. But, enough of that. I FOUND A BUG IN MY PASTA that I bought from this target. And no, it did not possibly come from my pantry. I had been studying all week, and was low on food in the house, so I decided to get myself and my daughter out for a very much needed outing. We went to this target, grabbed the pasta, and went straight home to cook it. Absolutely disgusting. Not to mention with the improvement fee, it was a 4-5$ bag of pasta that went into the trash.. Longest time I have ever waited for a drive up service when other spots got their orders significantly faster. I had one item.

This target is a fricken joke. Twice now they've given me expired lunch meat from DECEMBER in my drive up and go orders (it's April!!!) and today they charged me for 4 cans of baby formula, two waters, toilet bowl cleaner that weren't in my pickup order. Every single time you have to call and spend 15 minutes on the phone trying to get your refund and it's INFURIATING. Us hard working mom's with full time jobs and kids use drive up and go for a REASON. We are BUSY. And DO NOT HAVE TIME TO CALL EVERY SINGLE TIME TARGET CANT GET THEIR SHIT TOGETHER. This place is a SH*T SHOW , and that is honestly putting it lightly. It is completely understaffed . The staff that is there, has no idea where anything is . When you do finally find what you are looking for ... it's not in stock . The shelves are empty the merchandise is literally thrown around the floor and all over the building. If you do happen to find one of the 10 things you went there for . When you get to check out there is mayyyybe 2 lanes open on a weekend . Lines are 30 -45 min long . This place is scary . Just came home with groceries to a giant snail and all it's poop in our celery. My wife ate some before we noticed and we are very nervous she will get sick. See pics. Also, if you try to call target, the phones ring So long that you are disconnected. I did catch a guy in the electronics department, who was supposed to help me find a manager and hung up on me. Super Target that has everything. It also is a great thing that they have a CVS inside as well. They seemed to be low in stock with quite a few things though. It's a Super Target in a mall, so you should know what to expect by this point. It's SUPER. It's clean for the most part (as clean as a big box store can be, I suppose. Trust me, I worked in one). That being said, the restrooms are in a constant state of trashiness. Paper towels on the ground, dirty toilets, stalls that haven't been cleaned in ages. I blame the mall patrons, as most Targets have typically clean restrooms. I only go in here if I REALLY have to, as there aren't a lot of other public restrooms around. I love the Self Check-Out option here (which is quickly spreading to the other Super Targets). I don't know what it is about having to talk to someone at the register. Or not talk, for that matter. I would much rather check myself out if it's easy peasy (although at Target, most times it is not easy peasy because I end up with WAY more things than I need. I am sincerely disappointed in the unethical behavior of Target just to earn a buck and not lose money on something. I purchased two packages of an allergy nose spray on clearance after my insurance coverage lapsed for a prescription of this nose spray. Come to find out, I get home and unpack my bags and both of these nose sprays expired an entire month ago. I didn't realize I needed to check something like this, but apparently so. I don't know the legality of selling expired medicinal products, but it certainly seems unethical. read more

This Target location has so much to offer. This includes an in-store CVS pharmacy as well as an in-store Starbucks. This particular CVS is one of the best pharmacies in the area. They are efficient, attentive and professional. The employees at this location really go above and beyond! Before I do my grocery shopping, I like to grab a quick coffee from their Starbucks. I'm usually pretty picky about my coffee, but I've been impressed with them. They are a better quality than your average in-store location. One of the new cool things they've added to their beauty section is a Beauty Concierge. These are employees who specialize in makeup and beauty products. No more guessing what products to use for your skin, or which color lipstick looks best with your complexion. They got you covered! read more

This Target had very unhappy, unfriendly, unhelpful employees. I was near the mall entrance and ended up finding a number of items more than what I came in for so I needed a cart. There was one by that entrance, but when I tried to push it, the cart wouldn't budge. I asked an employee what the deal was and if the cart was broken, and he just kept walking and said "That's what happens when people try to take the cart in the mall - they magnetize to not be able to move" and kept walking. Convenient and well organized! Super friendly staff members too! One thing I would like to suggest is, they need more employees. It wouldn't be closing hrs and I would see no members to help out in some of the sections I.e fitting rooms, electronics and deli. Unless I walk to the front and ask the self check out attending if he/she can page someone to the isle I need assistance at, there no one to be found. The Starbucks's inside the Target is always so clean and the employees here are super nice too! I wanted to thank the Target Optical team. I've had glasses since 10 years old and I will never go anywhere else. I've bought glasses from different members of their team and they've all gone above and beyond the call of duty. Last night, despite having multiple appointments, the gentleman searched inventory from 5 stores, and found the perfect pair. Let me stress, I am not an easy fit for glasses, and have buyer's remorse 9 out of 10 times, as when I'm not wearing glasses it's hard for me to tell how they fit with astigmatism. Not only were the staff kind about me being a super difficult client, they efficiently went to work every time. They've earned my business for life. This is one of the most disorganized targets I have seen. Trying to find work clothes in this store requires at least 2 hours. Nothing is organized. Today I saw staff putting clothes away & they were being tossed on the racks-- which added to the chaos look. I would suggest going to another target. Specifically, the one in Superior. This target has yet to fail me. It's a super target located in an outlet mall so anything you could ever need as a golden local can be found here or in the general vicinity. I've found camping gear, back packs,- pharmacy, and grocery store all in one go. There's mall access in the back. Like usual, they have great after season candy sales and if you're picky about shampoo, they have quite a few aisles of choices and they even carry the hard to find brand of keratin shampoo that I love. read more

Colleen is one of the worst bosses I've ever had the displeasure of working with. When I was having trouble with one of my team leads not doing her job. The team lead would leave me alone to worry about breaks while she walked around doing what, i have no idea. But when i told Colleen about this she looked at me and said " this isn't a bitch fest." Not only has she told me my job is "not important" (I work as a service advocate/ front end) she has told me that it was unacceptable that while I was CLOCKED OUT it was not okay to tell a guest who aggressively walked up to me and told me that the interaction I had earlier that week with them that they went to another target was able to do it. I proceeded to tell them I wasn't CLOCKED IN. and he needed to leave me alone. They then proceeded to step closer to me. Makimg me fear for my safety I then told them to back up. They didn't listen and I at that point put my hand up to them to keep them away from me. I then told them " you can leave now" they tried to say something else and I repeated my action and my words. They finally left. And they then went to Colleen to complain about me. Mind you I am still clocked out or off the clock. When I finish my lunch Colleen called me into her office to "coach" me. Which she shouldn't have been doing since i wasn't even an employee at that moment I was a guest. She then proceeded to tell me it was my fault because I looked like a target employee and if I had just put effort into not looking like an employee then it wouldn't have happened. She is one of the worst bosses I've ever had and I wouldn't suggest working at target especially Denver west! I wouldn't have given a one star but no star wasn't an option. read more

I'm a fan of Super Target in General. I always hit this one on my way into the Mills Mall. The parking is... well... Mall Parking. That being said, I generally find a spot quickly, and since I can use it as a pass through into the mall (and almost directly into the Gap Outlet), it's convenient. This Target is laid out like pretty much every other Super Target. It's got Stuff. Lots of Stuff. Some of it is good Stuff. Some of it is Crap. When there are sales, you will find good deals. Yay Sales. Also, there are no check outs at the mall-entrance side. So either shop on your way out of the mall, or schlep your crap alllll the way up to the front then carry it around the mall.
