Wishing we could go back already. This was our first time staying in a bed and breakfast and the experience was so great it definitely won't be the last. Adam was the best host and went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and easy going as possible. He provided us with some great places to check out and things to see. Don't even get me started on his cooking skills! The breakfast each morning was fresh and amazing. Coffee, perfect. Avocado toast, I could've eaten that every day! My husband loved his French toast and bacon. Oh! And his wife bakes these sweets that are truly amazing. I had lemon pound cake and these chocolate espresso cookies. I'm a bit of a sweets fanatic so this was an added bonus. The house was beautiful, the room more than spacious with a homey feel. We stayed in the King Garden room and couldn't have been more excited once we saw it in person. Perfect location!!! We were able to walk to many shops and restaurants and really explore the area. We hope to be back sooner than later and hope to stay at the Belmont Blvd Bed and Breakfast again. I would highly recommend this home to anyone! You can't be disappointed!! read more

My husband and I recently spent 3 nights at the Belmont Blvd B&B. From the moment we pulled up in front of the 1920 ish bungalow, we knew we made the right decision. Owner, Adam, immediately met us at the car to help carry our bags in and gave us a tour of the charming, well kept home. Adam is truly born to be a host. He is intelligent, thoughtful, helpful and quite the Renaissance man! I don't think there is anything this man can't do. The house is very nice. I choose this over other B&B's in the area, because it was decorated in a much more updated, simpler look than B&B's traditionally are. Adam will recommend a number of restaurants that you can walk to - truly a much better alternative than staying in downtown Nashville. We wouldn't hesitate to return or recommend this B&B. read more

Staying at Belmont Blvd felt like staying with family or friends. The B&B itself is a gorgeous older home in a charming neighborhood that's been renovated into three private guest spaces. It is clean, well-kept, and with all the expected amenities and parking. It's within a short walk of several great shops, restaurants, and coffee spots, and a short hop from the buzz of downtown/Broadway. Breakfast is your choice from a daily homemade menu (the special was always delicious!). Our bed on the main floor was SO COMFORTABLE. Adam is a gracious and thoughtful host. Anything you need but don't have he is there to help you out, whether it's an iron or a dinner recommendation. I can't think of a single thing to note that was less than exceptional. What a wonderful time we had at the Belmont Blvd B&B. Adam and Kelly made us feel at home from first contact. The B&B is in a quiet neighborhood within a leisurely 5-10 minute walk to many restaurants and convenient to downtown Nashville sites. The renovated 1928 home is comfortable, clean and well appointed. Our group was able to book the home a pleasant coincidence especially in this time. The rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. Adam and Kelly went out of their way to accommodate us as Adam was away during our stay. Kelly meet us on arrival to introduce us to the home where an assortment of fresh baked pastries awaited. This is the best B&B we have stayed in - firstly it's located in a great area of Nashville, within easy distance of both restaurants and boutique shops and not too far to travel to great places like Belmont The Heritage and Music City. There is parking available on the property and on the street outside which was a bonus. We had the top floor room, more like a suite really as the whole floor was ours to use as we wanted. Adam showed us the other large rooms he has in this beautifully restored house. If you are not into facilities, history and a great host then come for the breakfasts alone - outstanding! I especially appreciated being able to use the kitchen to make tea early in the morning and store drinks in the fridge. read more

If you are looking for a couples getaway in Nashville, this is where you want to stay! You can take a short drive into the downtown area and explore the city, or you can take a short walk to great shops, restaurants, coffee, and sweets. We stayed in the king room upstairs and had this floor to ourselves with our bathroom and bedroom being on this level. The bathroom is large, there is lots of closet space in the room, and the bed was very comfortable. Adam is a great host and provides good suggestions for the area. We enjoyed a delicious, made to order breakfast that filled us up before we started each day in Nashville. We prefer to stay at Bed and Breakfasts when we travel, and this is one of the best! read more

What a great find! This entire home is beautifully and tastefully decorated, and Adam is a wonderful host. His breakfasts were delicious, and he is very helpful and accommodating. He's also a lot of fun to talk with. We had the second floor to ourselves - very spacious, clean and comfortable. The house is in a pretty, quiet and safe neighborhood, and we walked to several cool places in the 12th South area. It was an easy and inexpensive Uber ride to anywhere we wanted to go, and it was nice to be able to escape the craziness of downtown. Compared to other lodging options in Nashville, we thought this was a great value. We would definitely stay here again. read more

This home is in a great area- walking distance to 12 South full off amazing restaurants and shops...or just take a walk to see beautiful history in the homes and gardens up and down the neighborhood. It's also a short drive to Green Hills where you'll find a great mall, theater, and more restaurants. The home was decorated in a simple but beautiful way and the breakfast was amazing! So many choices and everything we chose tasted great! Adam was super friendly and informative and always available to help. With hotel rates being so high in Nashville, what we got for the money here was well worth it. I will definitely be recommending this bed and breakfast! read more

This B&B experience was outstanding. From the moment we made our reservation to the second we left! The accommodations were lovely, and Adam (our host) was beyond helpful, informative and delightful! He welcomed us so heartily and sat with us to go over Nashville highlights, restaurants etc. In addition, he made us feel right at home, by giving us access to the kitchen, refrigerator, back deck etc. He even "housed" our bicycles in his office! Hands down, this is the most beautiful, clean, and quaint bed & breakfast you can stay in! We happened to be the only guests that evening and arrived later than planned. Adam came out right away to help us with our luggage and made us feel very welcomed! We enjoyed a truly excellent and beautifully presented breakfast made by Adam himself! (all fresh ingredients) :) A conversation with Adam is like you are talking to a friend, not just your host, which was very lovely as well! We celebrated our Anniversary with a two day stay at Belmont Blvd B&B. Adam was a gracious host and provided fantastic lodging, food, recommendations, and conversation. The excellent accommodations provided a luxury hotel feel with the hospitality of a home. Private parking, large walk in shower, vintage fixtures with a touch of modern, and wonderful bed linens made for a very comfortable and inviting stay. Adam is an excellent chef, with recipes garnered from his world travel experience. Adam's recommendations for dinner in the adjoining 12 South district were spot on. After a trip to the Carolina Mountains, we needed another night in Nashville to catch our return flight next day. Somehow we lucked out and selected the Belmont. We arrived early and checked out late the following day, and its was like another mini vacation. Wonderful full-floor suite, a house full of tasteful original art, breakfast cooked by our personable and informative Australian host, Adam, a splendid neighborhood great for walking. We have been in many B&Bs over the last 15 years, and this was one of two that we will remember and return to. read more

Before I even got to the B&B, Adam contacted me to make sure I knew where to go once I got there. He spent time showing me everything and then going over things I could do in the area. It's very close to Vanderbilt and several other locations, you can pretty much walk to a restaurant or the park, as it's all close by. I room was amazing, as was the patio area, I got my own floor in the house. Breakfast was cooked to order and it was WONDERFUL too! For the price and location there's really no better place in my opinion to stay in the Nashville area. read more

My wife and I stayed at the Belmont Blvd B&B recently for 6 nights while visiting our son in Nashville. Meticulously maintained home with 3 units-- we had the top floor unit which is quite private. very comfortable King room with plenty of storage and amenities. Adam is an excellent host willing to cater to each guests requests. the B&B is located in a great neighborhood close (walking distance) to 12 South area and easy drive downtown. We stayed at the Belmont Blvd Bed and Breakfast in Feb 2020 for a company off-site. We had the entire house to ourselves and it was perfect for our meetings. Everyone had super comfortable rooms in which to sleep and then we would meet during the day in the common area. For meals we would walk a block or two to some fabulous dining! Adam was wonderful to work with. He was super responsive and made sure everything was perfect for our group. This is a lovely home in a cool area of Nashville. Our host, Adam, met us at the car, introduced him self and helped unload our luggage. Adam was most accommodating, showing us through the house. The rooms are lovely and kitchen as well, with cokes, water, coffee and tea available at any time. A menu is available to order breakfast with several options to choose from. We spent six nights in this lovely home in this beautiful neighborhood and loved it! There are lots of great restaurants, bars, coffee shops and boutiques within easy walking distance. But what made this a wonderful stay was the host, Adam. He is warm and charming and super accommodating! He went out of his way to assure our comfort and that our needs were met.
