Bartenders are top notch! I love this place for its rooftop! I kind of wanted to keep it to myself because I do appreciate the calm, chill vibes that it offers.

We were visiting Nashville and ended up out in the area on a Friday night and wanted to check it out. Very different vibe than Broadway but very inviting from the outside and inside! The staff were super friendly, the drinks and cocktails were really good! They had a projector playing a movie and they even have a kitchen and serve food! They have seating both inside and outside but it was cold and we sat inside. Great music playing too. One thing we realized was that there was an alcohol tax out here that we don't have in California. We had shots of tequila and vodka and I really enjoyed my espresso martini. My friends got other cocktails with tequila and vodka. Great bar, cool vibes, great music drinks and eats! The music wasn't too loud so you could hear your conversation!

We came here for a friends birthday and there was plenty of seating on a Saturday around 7:30. There are booths and a big standing bar in the main room, outside seating in the patio area, and a rooftop deck. It had rained recently so we didn't take advantage of the outdoor area, but there was plenty of places to mingle. My only complaint was the music was very loud inside so it was hard to carry a conversation. The drinks were okay, nothing out of this world and they were priced around $13, which is on the lower end for East Nashville, IMO. The bartenders were fast and friendly. I'd recommend this as an alternative to the dive bars around East. I'd go back!

My friend and I stayed here for one night and it was the perfect combination of an Airbnb and a hotel. We were on the third floor, which was a studio room but large enough to have a living room, kitchen partition and a pullout Murphy bed. We also had a large balcony with seating that overlooked the city. When you pulled down the Murphy bed the sheets were pink from a water leak that was behind the wall. When we asked to get the sheets changed, we were told they were just stained and that they already were changed, but they were the exact shape of the watermark behind the wall. The bar downstairs was super cute and for staying at the hotel we got a discount on top of a really great happy hour. There is a four car parking area in the back but reserved for hotel guest only. Since it is just rooms, there is no reception area as well as no elevator to get your bags to and from so we did end up having to pull our suitcases up three flights of stairs.

Best f*cking Falafel we've ever had! No japanese fried chicken to see here though! Service is great. Small place, quiet location. Connected to the boutique hotel which was also a great experience. Highly recommend!

Stumbled upon this bar after trying to go to Game Point next door and not being able to find a seat. The inside of Reunion is moody and classy - good music, beautiful green tiles surrounding the bar, quirky wallpaper. As a big fan of gin, the Garden Party was perfect - refreshing, not too sweet, good balance of flavors. The service was friendly and prompt. I'd definitely return, especially for a date night!

Sophisticated beautiful bar! The bar area is great, lots of seating inside as well as a back patio and a rooftop. Drinks are tasty and service was good. I had the espresso martini (lover boy) and tequila pomegranate drink (anna Maria). The drinks were $13 each. They were excellent and worth the price. The interior is beautifully designed, really good vibes!

I've been going to reunion since its previous owner. I love this bar and the aesthetic. The drinks are amazing. You can enjoy sitting indoors, they have jazz night, or there's a great rooftop. Perfect for date night or going out with friends!

Love this place, can't believe more people don't know about it! Cute little drink spot in East that has amazing drink options and so much patio/rooftop space! Perfect for summer

They have a house car that can take you to a few locations around the city. Pool is beautiful and they have just the right amount of restaurants inside. Only thing missing is a small gift shop. I unfortunately forgot a few things. Thank you, it's a lovely place to stay. Matthew with the concierge is phenomenal, we loved his recommendations. He provided us with a list of Broadway which was so helpful. I am pretty exhausted of being on my phone and using the list was convenient. Brian at the bar is really fun to talk to and very experienced. Excited to get 1 drink tonight.. Afterall I am an Utah native. "E" at the front desk was awesome as well. He helped me manage a few things that spontaneously came up and he handled them all with grace. He also gave me a recommendation to get some artwork done. Everything did work out with that too and it couldn't have been more perfect! Thank you for listening closely and taking care of all the fine details. You're such an asset to the Conrad. The rooms were set in a way that gave a man space to stretch, to feel unpenned, and the streets around were good for walking. You could reach Public's on foot and sit down to a fine meal at places like The Detroit Cowboy, ML Rose and other eatery's without much trouble. Most of the staff were kind and worked with a willing spirit, though there were one or two whose hearts weren't in it and whose jobs belonged better to others. But here is where the story turns in my my opinion: Hilton, or some unscrupulous bean counter, has turned its face from the law of the land and the dignity of its people. The ADA standards of 2010, written to give access and fairness, seem to have been twisted thin. The standard ADA rooms were all sold out. This left only the large, costly suites to meet the needs of the mobility challenged, as though access were a luxury item to be sold instead of a right to be honored. They bind together the blind, the deaf, and the non-ambulatory in the same spaces, as though one person's need could be the same as another's. It is not so. And then breakfast--laid out high and proud on counters and chafing dishes, built for standing men, not for those in chairs. My son, bound to his wheels, could not see what was offered, could not take part in the same way as the rest. And that is the small insult that cuts deepest--not the food itself, but the reminder that he was not thought of. Hilton, you can do better. And the truth is, you must.

The facility was immaculate with so many special amenities (free lobby coffee/tea bar, luggage lockers for early arrival, fun photo booth, a sound recording room with equipment, ample reading material, free snacks and water in room, plush robes and a spacious bathroom with HUGE shower and abundant hot water). We got all our stuff, parked and walked back in and sure enough our room was ready. We had the 2 queen beds and it was an okay size room, not much seating for 4 people but it did the job as we didn't hang out in the room much. The pool was awesome! My kids loved it and it was like a volleyball pool (deep in the middle) so you can talk and touch the ground with people who aren't swimming. The spa is huge and a ton of groups can fit in there without touching toes which is awesome. I saw an employee take a PH test of the pool so it's nice to see they take care of it. There is an employee in the pool area at all times (at least what I saw) and she was friendly and nice. The best part??? Happy hour! How cool is it that this hotel offered free food and 3 free alcoholic beverages to every guest (drinks for 21+, obviously and unlimited fountain drinks for kids). It was such a nice treat because then we didn't have to pay for dinner every night. It did get crowded, but the employees kept everything clean and moving smoothly it didn't seem like you were standing in line at all. The breakfast was free in the morning, and free dinner really helps with the price of everything in downtown Nashville. I really wish there was a coffee shop inside the hotel lobby, I think there is one around the corner, but it opened a little later so I had to figure something else out. That is my only gripe and that isn't really one! Definitely book this hotel if you have kids, are on a budget, or just want to hang out and enjoy the pool and food.

We are in town from Birmingham and while I understand you must have your key for re-entry a little compassion goes a long way. Our family got our room and to be treated like scum is entirely unacceptable. The Caucasian gentleman you have working night shift (2 am) has the worst attitude and the African-American lady is no better, throwing her hands up saying I don't know what to tell you. He told us to go back out to the 6th and 7th level out of the lobby door and to find our truck and hotel keys and come back. He obviously has a lack of comprehension skills as we told him we couldn't not find our truck off of Broadway . Our cousin had two rooms in this hotel and got ours for us as a gift and he acted like we were asking for a kidney when we asked him to call their room. He stated they have multiple rooms (only two I might add) and he didn't know which one to call. I said ours is on the 9th floor. Please call the 16th floor number. Our phones had died and we were all suffering from heat exhaustion. We had blisters on our feet and his snobby and cranky attitude was anything but what I consider the customer service your hotel should be providing. I said what's with the attitude? To which he stormed off afterwards and told the lady to handle it. We had your wonderful breakfast in the morning and had nothing but sweet interactions with housekeeping, the ladies working on the 8th floor and day staff. I was thankful for that, and changed my reviews for that reason. Would have loved to give your hotel 5 stars but unfortunately two bad apples ruined that.

I didn't realize a code was required to enter the building, and there was no front desk or staff on-site. At first, that was a little different for me, but overall, I had a very nice stay. The room was much smaller than what I'm accustomed to, but it was comfortable and surprisingly had everything I needed. I especially appreciated the thoughtful extras--a complimentaryr bottle of wine, snacks, and bottled water waiting for me when I arrived. There was also a refrigerator in the room and a microwave available in the hallway. The shower was a nice size, with hot water and great water pressure. The body wash and hand soap smelled really pleasant, which was another nice touch. One thing that really impressed me was the customer service, especially considering there was no traditional front desk. If I had a question or experienced an issue, there was always a number I could call, and someone was readily available to help. Surprisingly, every question or issue I had was addressed and resolved immediately. That gave me a lot of confidence and made the stay much more convenient than I initially expected. Parking was convenient, easy, and hassle-free. As a solo female traveler, I also felt safe, which was very important to me. There were cameras throughout the property, and I appreciated having that extra sense of security. Most importantly, the stay was quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. The location was also convenient and not too far from downtown Nashville. While The Gallatin was definitely a different experience from a traditional hotel, I genuinely enjoyed my stay. The complimentary wine and snacks, comfortable room, attentive customer service, convenient parking, and peaceful atmosphere made the experience better than I expected. They had valet parking, which is fine considering it's downtown even though it's $65. As I said, I've been to many hotels, but this is one of the steeper ones for valet prices. Only Atlanta was more at the Hilton state that was $75 a night. Anyway, our room was completely outdated. The air conditioning was poor to almost nonexistent. It was so muggy in that room. Hence, with another comments about the mold I'm not surprised there was a mold in this room as well. It was a basic room nothing special. Beinga "silver" Member we both could drink our three dollar waters for nothing. So ridiculous. So when I stay there again, absolutely not. I think generally speaking a lot of the Hilton associated hotels like Doubletree and the others that attach Hilton to their name are lacking in comfort and cleanliness. So I guess if you wanna spend $300 in a mediocre/ outdated potential mold room Doubletree/Hilton hotel in Nashville - go for it. But there's a Marriott down the street and the hotel indigo.
