I ordered three arrangements for a family member who was inpatient at McLean Hospital for over two months, and Isabella Bergstrom took care of all three orders, which were beautiful. The first arrangement was Pop of Lavender which was gorgeous. The second arrangement that I sent was for Christmas and it was lovely and lasted for a full two weeks, and my family member received many compliments from visitors and the staff at McLean. The third arrangement was a designer's choice and this was very cheery and stunning. There are rules for patients at McLean and Isabella brought either a basket or a non-glass vase, that was acceptable for a patient at McLean. Isabella asked for the building location so that the arrangements would be delivered same day since McLean has such a large campus. Isabella, thank you so much for a putting a smile on my sister-in-law's face and making her feel special! I highly recommend Belmont Flower Shop. read more

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my parents house a few blocks from this store the next day. I received a text from Isabella at 11am the day the flowers were supposed to come saying she fell in the rain and no one could deliver the flowers that day. She stopped responding to my texts, and the flowers never came. Looking at the pictures on Google maps, it looks like this store is a front for something. It is taking up prime real estate near Belmont Center and not providing any benefits. Skip this shop. Maybe even report it. Update: she did respond to my texts and issued a refund. read more

I ordered funeral flowers for delivery on January 20th, and they were never arrived. I was charged for the order but did not receive a receipt or acknowledgment. When I contacted the shop, they couldn't find my order until I gave them the recipient's name. They had no record of it under my name or phone number, despite charging my account. Unacceptable is an understatement. At best, this flower shop is grossly incompetent; at worst, it's a fraudulent operation. read more

Negative star review here! I ordered a custom bouquet of flowers for a funeral online and it never got delivered. I called the shop and spoke with the owner, she said she'd refund me and to check my account in 10 days. 10 days go by, I checked but nothing, I called her shop 3 times no answer, left a message then called again then finally someone answered, the person who picked up sounds just like the owner but pretended to be someone else. She told me she would let her boss know and that she'd be calling me back in 5 minutes. I waited an hour to call again and my phone calls got forwarded to the VM. She lied about refunding me and was ignoring my VM and phone calls. I had to file a dispute and 1 month later I finally got my money back. What a scam! Beware, and shop elsewhere! read more

Unfortunately, I do feel like I was scammed by this business. I ordered flowers for my mom's birthday to be picked up the following day. Stopped by the shop the next day during business hours several times and the door was always locked. Have called and texted several times since then with no response. I have not received a refund. There are plenty of other local shops which will give you the flowers you have paid for and I recommend visiting one of those instead. read more

Transformed, with copper topped counters and workspaces, beautifully arranged flower refrigerator with many choices, and high top ice cream table for consultation. Don't forget to check out the beautiful lighting adorned with plants! Enjoyed to visit, have a glass of wine, and engage! Isabella, the proprietor, has beautiful eyes, they can capture and inspire the ceilings flowers! After moving all over the United States and visiting many flower shops abroad, I would rank Belmont flower shop at the top! An absolute gem in Belmont. New owner in the Belmont Flower Shop space -- Isabella is AMAZING. A gifted eye for floral design and her flowers last a very long time-- often a full week or more. Fresh and beautiful. I wandered into the shop one day when she first opened. Isabella was so nice and I loved her work so much, I now receive an arrangement every week... a Flower Share. Ordered flowers online for Mother's Day for morning delivery Nothing delivered in morning called at 12:48 and was told running late will be delivered within hour. Called back around 4 PM, was told no flowers to deliver can reschedule for Tuesday, told them Mother's Day is Sunday and that's why I ordered ahead of time and the order was accepted. The owner continued to make excuses, not taking responsibility, even blaming her assistant who answered the phone at 12:48, she finally agreed to provide me a refund after numerous requests at 4 PM the customer calls for a 2nd time and then he is told nothing will be delivered, completely unacceptable and that is why I post this review so no one will have the same disastrous experience as I did.. read more

I ordered flowers/plant over the phone to be delivered to a friends house who recently lost a loved one. Initial communication was fine. But went down hill quickly. Flowers were not delivered on the agreed date and time. They didn't notify me. I had to find out from my friend and text the contact at the flower shop. She said she tried to deliver- she must have gone to the wrong house. With smart phones and IMAP it's hard to go to the wrong house!
