It looks like I'm joining a long line of satisfied customers for Bloom Couture, and it is my distinct pleasure to do so. I live in Villanova, PA and wanted to order an arrangement for my convalescing daughter who lives in South End. I started the process in the usual way (Google search for "florist + her zip code") and Bloom Couture was one of the top-rated suggested resources. I was very impressed with the website-based presentations of the scores of suggested arrangements, and ultimately chose "Secret Garden." It was about noon today when I called and spoke with Owen, who listened patiently (and empathetically) as we discussed the look and "feel" of the arrangement I had selected. There was one substitution, since their peonies were out of stock, but the pink rose worked beautifully. There were logistical concerns related to the delivery, which Owen handled with great professionalism, and the arrangement arrived (in perfect condition) at my daughter's doorstep just about two hours later. I'm including the photos Owen had taken at my request along with the one my daughter took on its arrival; they speak for themselves. I don't know how many more times I'll be buying flowers for my daughter, but whenever that may happen, it will be my pleasure to give that business to Bloom Couture. read more

I must say that this place was AMAZING! I have a tendency to travel a lot for work and was just in Paris the week prior and I stumbled upon this store while on my way to the Dentist. The first thing it reminded me of was Paris, very tastefully done and with such elegance. While I was at the dentist all I could think of is going back by this place to check it out even more as their window display is what initially caught my eye. When I made my way back to the store and stepped in I was blown away by the beautifully displayed arrangements, plants, and cool ways they managed to put plants into objects you wouldn't imagine possible. This place is a rare and very exciting find for me and I ended up buying 3 plant arrangements that has given my house that little extra opf that it needed. Also, the price is on point and not expensive as I thought it would be.
