He said "We don't do that here!!!" We did two flights, one of Rum and the other of whiskey tastings and one gin and tonic drink. Both flights were delicious, great notes on each, and a light palate. I'm not big gin drinker but I was surprised how well the gin tasted. I'd order a gin drink anytime. The place is really nice and the service was good. I give many a party and this one by far was the most successful. We had Sandrew pour the wines for us and explain the flavor profiles so that my friends were able to taste flavors they hadn't experienced before.
