After a brief office visit with Dr. Hardemann he ordered an MRI which was performed at Mercy Hospital. there were delays in getting the order to the hospital due to, "them not being in their network". After the MRI was finally done, I received the results from Mercy Hospital 2 days later. I don't understand all of the results and have been waiting for Dr. Hardeman or someone from his office to call me back to discuss them. I have called Gateway ENT a number of times but cannot get any information. Very poor followup.

As my parents have needed a bit more assistance, I (their daughter) have taken them to appointments. I live in Texas, so it can be quite challenging to be sure everything is taken care of in the best possible way. Last week when I was in St. Louis visiting my mom, I found that she had lost one of her hearing aids, which was really limiting her ability to interact and be fully part of conversations. I contacted Dr. Juelich's office, realizing we would likely need to wait several weeks to get the situation resolved, mentally planning when I might be able to return for follow-up. Grace, however, was miraculously able to schedule an appointment that day at a different office, and Dr. Juelich went above and beyond to figure out a solution. Care quality slacking Dr. Hopper never had a cause or reason why that my hearing aids receivers kept needing replacing. Each time I would be without any hearing aids during the replacements were completed. Then when returned my personal settings were erased and I had to re-do them. Last experience with my hearing aids being repaired I was not informed that the warranty had expired and Dr. Hopper made the repairs without myself authorization. I was told I had to pay $89 before I could pickup my hearing aid. I paid due to the right hearing aid controls the left which I had.
