Very not happy with this clinic after last year's annual visit. Love the doctor, but there is no…read moreway to contact him directly to get his assistance - which is completely ridiculous. The office refuses to bill the services correctly so the insurance will cover it. I have reached out repeatedly, and they have ignored all contact and refused to engage in any conversation as to WHY they will not correct their error. Instead, they have ghosted me like a bad ex and sent my bill to collections. Is this an office that cares about its patients? NO!

I wish I would have saw the reviews first. I was told over the phone that I would have a balance…read moretest right away. I made the appointment, came in, a consultation cost nearly $300! And the balance test was no where in scheduling sight! Then they call me and tell me to come in for a hearing test, for another $200+ still no balance test... which I originally asked for. I'll be broke before I get the help I need. And this is WITH INSURANCE. It felt like a baiting practice. Avoid unless you can afford multiple $$$ visits before you actually get "help."

More than that, he is patient, kind, and considerate. Most of all, he executes with precision, having performed over 100 ENT surgeries a year for 10+ years. I haven't breathed easily since I was a kid, but his work speaks for itself. Thanks to Dr. Robinson, and all those who work with him, I feel like I can finally live a full life.
