The office refuses to bill the services correctly so the insurance will cover it. I have reached out repeatedly, and they have ignored all contact and refused to engage in any conversation as to WHY they will not correct their error. Instead, they have ghosted me like a bad ex and sent my bill to collections. Is this an office that cares about its patients? NO!

I have been visiting Allergy & Asthma Consultants since March of this year. Hands down one of the best decisions I have made for my health in a while. Dr. Nadel is so so so sweet and really took the time to educate me on what was causing my issues and how to better address them. He was thoughtful and considerate. He is probably one of my favorite doctors I have ever interacted with in my life. I had an allergy test done (not fun at all, but totally worth it) and now I am getting allergy shots for several allergens. I have already noticed a substantial improvement of my symptoms and I am so thankful for Dr. Nadel and his team. Showing up for my shots is quick and easy (not necessarily painless, but it isn't awful - the sore arms are far worse than the needle pricks). Considering how much I have improved, sore arms and a little inconvenience is a small price to pay. If you are serious about relief, there is a strong chance allergy shots will help it just requires a commitment because you have to go on a schedule with the frequency decreasing over time. What I was really trying to accomplish was getting off the drug, safely I had been taking it 4 years. Unfortunately she did not have the adequate advice or tools to give me anything other than telling me to get on a different medication similar to Zyrtec that is manufactured by the same company. When I talked to the nurse to ask her some questions regarding Zyrtec withdrawal, she told me that just because I saw something on the Internet doesn't mean that it's true. I explained to her that there's thousands of cases being reported online, this is a real issue. She didn't care or have anything to say didn't offer any advice other to find a doctor that agrees with me and literally said to me there's nothing else I can do for you and hung up the phone. This office is stuck in there ways and needs to be up to date with the times of what is happening with this medication and be able to help your patients. I cancelled my appointment and will find a doctor that cares and is passionate about there job excited to help people and come up with a plan for this issue!
