I have been wearing hearing aids for over 17 years which the VA provides for me. For the past several weeks I was having an issue with my hearing aids. Unfortunately I could not get into the VA in a suitable time. Dr. May took me in as one of her own patients and in 20 minutes I had my hearing aids fixed, my ears cleaned and in top working condition. I was overwhelmed when I wanted to pay the bill. Being a army veteran, she refused any payments. She told me she works with a lot of veterans and their spouses on special deals who are not eligible for hearing aids or hearing test at the VA. My hat is off to you Dr. May for the services you are providing to the veterans and to the community. You deserve the five stars!

It is so obvious when you come across someone who is truly passionate about what they do, the experience is completely different. I learned so much from my visit with Mr. Kruse, he is a wealth of information and I appreciated his time and interest in my situation. When I came to Atlanta Hearing Associates, it was such a warm, friendly, welcoming and professional place, right from my first step through the door. This was a night and day difference from the other place I went to. As a clinician myself, I appreciated her warm, friendly, and informative approach, unlike the other place I went before. Best of all, she was able to clear my impacted ear within 3 minutes (which the other place said would take 2 weeks worth of visits to do). I could not have had a better experience. The business had great ratings…read moreand reviews, and this particular office was open on Saturday which worked with my schedule. I sent them a message via the website over the weekend to get more information about the ear wax removal process. Rhonda replied Monday via email answering any questions I had. I then made an appointment for 10:30am Saturday. I was running a little behind Saturday but they were understanding. When I got there I filled about 3 pages of information and then Dr. Jodi came and took me to the back. She was very nice and personable. She was telling me what we all already know, don't use a tips, lol. She then checked my ears. To my surprise my left ear was clear so she only did the process on my right ear. The amount of wax that she got from the ear wasn't much but at least it was gone. It's $30 per ear for the ear wax removal process. They don't take insurance but you do have the option to use your HSA to pay.

Wow, Dr. Stringham!! I highly recommend him and his clinical…read moreteam. One week ago yesterday, I had my third sinus surgery in 24 years, this one performed by Dr. Stringham. I followed all post op instructions despite the fact I was skeptical about starting the saline sinus washes the same day as surgery.... Wouldn't that cause more bleeding I thought? Well, boy was I wrong. No excessive bleeding, as a matter of fact it ceased sooner than I expected. I had NO headache, slept better than I had in over a year and a half and was able to breathe freely through my nose, DAY ONE!!! Apart from recuperating from anesthesia, on day two, I felt fabulous! I have continued to follow his instructions and after my first post op visit I truly feel like a new person! As if this isn't enough to be happy about, Dr. Stringham AND his clinical team in Cartersville are the most kind, compassionate team I have ever encountered and he is such a humble man. If you are looking for a medical team that displays their passion for what they do and explain everything in layman's terms, I couldn't suggest any better place. Bravo sir, Bravo!!
