I had previously gotten great…read morehealth care from Dr. Michael Salter for my Glaucoma, but am extremely disappointed in two things - I had my basic 6-month checkup July of 2025 that I paid my normal $30 Copay, however I just found out via a text message that they charged so much for my normal checkup, that they wanted an addition $65 above my Medicare payment. To make matters worse, the message indicated that my account, which they had never billed, would be sent to collections if it wasn't promptly paid. When I called up to enquire, the billing department was not apologetic about the extra amount, just said they were having billing issues and didn't apologize for sending out threatening notices for billings they never made.

Dave's hearing is not normal. He has needed hearing aids in my opinion for several years. We met with Chassity to order the hearing aids and await their arrival. Customer service is excellent here. Chassity called and we made an appointment for hearing aid fitting when Dave's hearing aids arrived. Oticon hearing aids are what he ordered. She spent a good amount of time going through the instructions for wearing hearing aids. She patiently explained hearing aid do's and dont's. Dave made a follow up appointment for any adjustments he might need. He has 60 days to test the hearing aids out. If you need hearing aids, please stop by and meet with the personnel at Physician's Hearing Center. They work hard to ensure you can hear well. 5/5

They are NOT a Medicare provider. I was not informed from the start that they were not a Medicare provider even though I did have my card on file there. Well, idk where the misunderstandings still is but I didn't even have a prescription for driving. I was like well why did I purchase the expensive progressive if I didn't even need glasses all the time, other than for reading. Zero prescription. The lady sold me the glasses was not there, the two times I went back....The other nice lady was like. It was the other lady that sold you the glasses. But to me they should have refunded my money on the special progressive, My intention on going back was to get two glasses one for driving and one for reading. But apparently that wasn't the case. The Eye Center immediately sent me upstairs to the Retina Specialists. Dr. Persaud and all the employees were wonderful. As you can imagine I was very stressed by this unexpected illness which turned out to be a retinal tear. Dr. Persaud reassured me and did a laser procedure immediately. Lastly, I suspect (but would not accuse) them of being affiliated with this business. And if someone has been suffering from migraines for 10 years and is still seeing the same "caregiver" one would have to question their intelligence lever or sanity. My son's migraines were mitigated effectively within months of switching from this "caregiver" to an actual professional medical physician. I hope this clarifies matters for those interested.
