There were no clients in the office or outside waiting to come in. The technician was alone and the receptionist was not busy either. All I wanted was a dome to install myself! Miracle Ear prides itself on their after-purchase service but this location is not on the program. I will not return and will head to Medina in search of a better service center.

We made an appointment for the next time, and the receptionist was there, she was very friendly and had a nice smile. The audiologist was extremely helpful and my experience was very good. It's a whole New World for me to be able to hear I've heard sounds that I never heard before and it is so awesome. I wanted to cry. My husband used to get upset because I needed the TV turned up more and now I ask him to turn it down!Lol the audiologist wants to make sure I am totally happy so he set up a couple of appointments with his receptionist. I had a first time appointment here yesterday. After checking in, I didn't have to wait long at…read moreall, despite almost a full lobby. So that's the good news. But my overall visit was so disappointing. I do not have insurance, so I had to save up to be able to see a ENT specialist. Once the DR came in, I felt extremely rushed. I needed to explain what has been going on for quite some time with my ears/jaw and throat. I had concerns and questions, but felt unable to have a conversation with him. I politely asked if I could quickly explain to him what brought me in there. He said yes, but then started using a loud device (like a vacuum maybe?) in my ear. All he heard from that was that I had an ear infection. I don't anymore, and that's not why I came to him. With the most recent issue, I've been twice to urgent care and once to the ER. I was so looking forward to this appointment and finally getting answers on how to move forward. Once he realized I don't have an ear infection, that was that. Nobody was rude, however i was rushed out of there and felt dismissed. The whole appointment lasted maybe 5 minutes. This was a total waste of money. Also the owner response to reviews saying they will sue you (and Google lol) if you post a review. So now I'm going to post everywhere I can.
