Got off the phone and realized how inappropriate and uncomfortable that entire situation was. If you want someone who actually believes you and will provide help, don't go here.

They were unwilling to credit me back the $68 for the hearing test as a goodwill gesture for their mistake. Apparently they are more about $$$ MONEY than customer service & satisfaction.
