I received a conch piercing here today. Amanda is amazing! She was very patient and made sure the placement was precise before piercing my ear. The customer service in this joint is non existent.. I walked into this shop that's been open for 17 years to purchase jewelry, yet they don't have it in stock? According to the 90 year old face having desk girl they weren't going to have any until next year? LoL So because I inquired about why they don't have product on hand I had to be a bitch on the way out of the door of the establishment... Its cool... I've gotten three piercings done here by Katlin. Everything was done right. Everything was sanitary, the spots marked were shown to me and redone till they were perfect, they showed me which jewelry we could use, she told me what she was going to do before doing it, she used proper metal clamps instead of those cheap plastic ones, it was quick and pretty painless. She went over aftercare really well too. I've been to other piercing places that didn't do half of this. I would highly recommend this place for piercings. I was there to get my first cartilage piercing(15) and was very pleased. The shop is very clean and located in a good area, teenager friendly. Their workers are very professional and laid back.
