My appointment was at 8am; I was welcomed into the office at 7:50, filled out my first time visit patient information online with ease (light-years better than the old paper and pen version), and the dentist walked me back to the chair promptly at 8am. Zach (Dr. Hazelton) quickly noted that I would requir a filling for my broken tooth. Without leaving my chair they took a digital x-ray (a much less intrusive process than the old x-rays -- a small camera was stretched out of a neighboring closet on an arm and the photos were showed to me on a screen in above the chair a minute later). The photo confirmed that a filling would suffice and the procedure was underway. I went in with a broken tooth and left 30 minutes later with everything repaired. I am used to going to a doctor with a problem, getting an examination, and then needing to schedule a follow-up appointment a week or more later for the remedy. Noel has helped me multiple times as well. She's so calm and helps coach you during your process. She's got a great sense of humor and puts a person at ease. Dr. Thien was absolutely amazing. He cares about you, the integrity of your teeth and talks with you about options. He was the first doctor ever (out of 6 dentists) to extract my tooth under 45min. (Long/curved roots unfortunately) This was by far the best extraction experience I have ever had. So incredibly pleased and already healing well! Like I stated, I don't care what anyone says, I trust their work, the prices are fair and they've always been polite and professional. 10/10 My daughter also had an extraction in 2025 and was so anxious. She was fit in within an hour and they had her in and out of the office within 20 minutes. She was pleased as well and grateful for them getting her an appointment quickly!

OK so I call and get the appointment rescheduled, I was assured that this would not happen again and that it is an issue within their scheduling software noting there is only one dentist available on certain days to accept new patients but guess what I just got another text. Have to call to reschedule. I called, and go through the prompts only to hear the office is closed. Leave a message. Will call you back in 1 to 2 days. This is very poor Customer Service.

When I got my cleaning done they recommended I have two of my wisdom teeth removed. I asked them to pre-approve this with my insurance and they told me they would. They sent me to the oral surgeon where I was amazed that they had to call Dr. Williams because one of the teeth he wanted removed was no longer there! It had been removed when I had my braces put on when I was a kid! I was even more surprised when they told me that I owed them over $1000 because they didn't accept my insurance!!! If you decide to go there, make sure you get EVERYTHING in writing!! That they WILL honer your insurance, and that they WILL pre-approve any major work! Do NOT take their word for anything!!

He keeps up on modern technique so that, as a client, he has the best interest in mind for my teeth and the future of my new smile! I ask questions about what they are doing or how I should maintain the braces, I get a vague and confusing answers back. Doctor cooper is a perfectionist, he doesn't see his patients as human but more as a set of teeth that he can manipulate to his disturbing excessive standards. He doesn't take into consideration anything I say, he doesn't respect my wishes as a patients. I have told Doctor cooper several times that I do not care to have a perfect set of teeth, as I see teeth as something that makes us uniquely individuals and that I am just here to get medical adjustments. This is something that he cannot fathom and is deeply concerned with the fact that I don't want teeth that every other American have. Don't worry though, he clearly has set aside my request and is moving foreword to meet his absurd standards, no matter how ridiculous they are. I kind of think he is a sadist and loves seeing children and young adults in pain and suffering. On top of this there have been several occasions where the assistant has incorrectly adjusted my wire and rubber band, meaning for 5 weeks my teeth were shifting wrong which only lengthened my stay. Originally he told me I would have braces on for 2 years, it's been 4 and still counting. I am strongly dissatisfied and would never recommend Dr. cooper to anyone.
