I liked what I read online about this practice including Dr Hazelton's commitment to the community. I like that his practice is fairly new - means he and his equipment are cutting edge! First appointment today confirmed I'd made a good decision on a new dentist. Beth the hygienist was gentle, thorough and she didn't talk too much! Judy and Brook at the front desk were welcoming and helpful. I liked the questions Dr Hazelton asked and that he, too, was thorough, and is going to help me keep these teeth strong and stable. Plus the office is bright and cheery.

I ask questions about what they are doing or how I should maintain the braces, I get a vague and confusing answers back. Doctor cooper is a perfectionist, he doesn't see his patients as human but more as a set of teeth that he can manipulate to his disturbing excessive standards. He doesn't take into consideration anything I say, he doesn't respect my wishes as a patients. I have told Doctor cooper several times that I do not care to have a perfect set of teeth, as I see teeth as something that makes us uniquely individuals and that I am just here to get medical adjustments. This is something that he cannot fathom and is deeply concerned with the fact that I don't want teeth that every other American have. Don't worry though, he clearly has set aside my request and is moving foreword to meet his absurd standards, no matter how ridiculous they are. I kind of think he is a sadist and loves seeing children and young adults in pain and suffering. On top of this there have been several occasions where the assistant has incorrectly adjusted my wire and rubber band, meaning for 5 weeks my teeth were shifting wrong which only lengthened my stay. Originally he told me I would have braces on for 2 years, it's been 4 and still counting. I am strongly dissatisfied and would never recommend Dr. cooper to anyone.

Once my migraines were under control, I continued to work with her for a couple of years to improve my health. . I moved away from the area but she set me on a path to find MFR therapists everywhere I've lived.
