That crew worked extremely hard in record heat from 9 to 6 every day. They worked fast - not sloppy fast, but efficient fast; like they have done this a thousand times before. And they left the job site clean and orderly every day. Our agreement was that IW would build the structure and I would procure the door and windows, which they would install. We had to wait a few weeks for the windows, but IW came back and finished the job as soon as the windows were available. We got quotes from several builders, and IW's price was in the middle, but they gave me the most confidence that they could actually do the job. And I liked that they did not ask for any money upfront, but rather pay 25% at 4 agreed-upon stages of progress. We had a good idea of what we wanted, and provided IW with some sketches and approximate dimensions, and they did the rest. When there were design choices to be made, they laid out the options and let us decide. They did NOT nickel and dime us with lots of billable change orders. Our project was slow to get started due to a snafu getting the building permit (which IW handled completely ) but once they got started, they made amazingly fast progress. The day they were scheduled to come out it was raining. I suggested we reschedule for the following Friday but was informed that "I don't work on Fridays." Further, I was told I would be contacted after "all this rain settled down." Of course, I was not. Fortunately, there were others who were not so aquaphobic. An agreement was reached and money exchanged hands. If the principal(s) of Circle W read this, my message is simple. Since then, they have proceeded to leave patchy cuts, throughout our community. They only work in a team of 2 to cut an entire property and do the littlest amount of work they can do in order to go home. They run over newspapers and blow any grass shavings, trash, cigarette buds into your front yards, if not your driveways instead of picking up the trash and or blowing the grass in the woods. The edging around the patio does not look like it was done by a tiller. The bushes and shrubs look like they were hand pruned 'one branch at a time'. As a bonus, when they were working, they thought they smelled gas. The gas company came out and fixed the leak. I will call them in the spring for pine straw, crepe myrtles and scalping. Zach is the owner. I am pretty sure these two guys are just starting a new business.

Jay and his team completely redid my landscaping this past spring. Not being a person with a good…read moreeye for this type of thing (nor someone who knows his plants), I was a little hesitant to make the investment as I was worried I may not like the finished product. Jay also had proposed redoing more than I originally had in mind. However, I could not have been happier with the result. Jay's team went above and beyond, providing me with a beautiful landscape that was more than I could have hoped for. I am glad I had Jay redo it all, besides leaving my palm tree, so that it could be a consistent vision. Jay also knows his plants and only plants what will grow well in this area (and factors in the sunlight each part of your house gets). He only planted deer resistant plants for me, which is a big deal because I used to get deer eating my plants every night. A few months later, so far everything except one plant (lemon ball sedum) is growing well. The sedum may have gotten too much rain recently. When I let Jay know about it, he gave me tips to improve its health and said that he will happily replace it under warranty if it doesn't get healthier soon. I give Jay the highest rating possible and highly recommend to anyone looking for new plants/landscaping.
