I cancelled the appointment the day before and they showed up anyway (said they didn't receive my…read moremessage), and started working in the front yard and said they had already invested money, started the project, and time into the materials. Begged for DEPOSIT/half of the money UPFRONT (that morning after they showed up/started unauthorized work)!...and followed that with Very low quality work, added more money to price to run wiring to the control panel for the Sprinkler install....They pulled my synthetic turf and wiring is sloppy and exposed/shown all across my back yard and down the side of the house to the control panel.... Sprinkler units were improperly installed and only cover HALF of the area of the front yard. I literally have to pay for the work TWICE and pay way more money to have someone come fix this MESS!!! I felt bad and wanted to give them the business, and instantly regretted that decision. It was late/getting dark so I couldn't review their work fully until the next morning. Would never refer their work or service to ANYONE!!! They should be reported to the BBB!
