My son's favorite. Any time he's earned an ice cream treat, this is where he requests to go. We love many of the flavors and you can always count on the quality. They also have a freezer with some frozen treats for home, as well as ice cream cakes for celebrations, and even some shirts for sale. It's pricier ice cream than several other places but in line with other Ben and Jerry's locations. read more

Met a friend here for a chat tonight. I was going to be chill and demure (or whatever) but decided to go with the tonight dough hot fudge brownie sundae.... With those marshmallows from the lucky charms cereal. Marshmallows were slightly stale but it took me so long to eat the dessert that it melted and I didn't care in the end lol. He got the sweet cream with chocolate cookies. Pleasant experience overall. The brownie was TO DIE FOR. We ate outside sitting in the car trunk (with the tailgate up) and got pretty eaten alive... As soon as the sun went down, the bugs came out!! Beware if you wanna eat outside.... Would recommend either going for a walk or eating inside. It's slightly chilly inside but this is pretty standard for ice cream places. Would definitely be back.... Might get a smaller size next time tho. read more

Came here on Tuesday and I asked for a simple brownie with ice cream on top, when the worker said the brownie special. Me thinking this is what it must be called since I only asked for a brownie with a scoop of ice cream on top. The worker proceeded to take out the brownies and smash it and that is when I asked is this just the brownie with a scoop of ice cream. I was clear in what I wanted yet he understood it as the brownie sundae which is not what I wanted. When I clarified that all I wanted was the brownie itself and a scoop of ice cream he said he was going to continue with the smooshed brownie pieces inside of the ice cream sundae cup. I did not order a deconstructed brownie, I was highly disappointed in the attentiveness of this worker as well as ability to fix his OWN mistake. Please do not give me a deconstructed smooshed brownie in pieces with ice cream on top when all I wanted was the brownie (warmed) with a scoop of ice cream. Two different orders. read more

Just visited this location. The store was clean, the service was ok. The ice cream seemed gummy and the waffle cup was chewy and stale.

What's not to love? The ice cream is exactly what you expect. It's creamy, smooth going down and always delicious! Tonight the cheerful girls at the counter offered me a taste of the tonight show dough, in honor of jimmy Fallon. It was a hit, so I opted for this in its pristine state, no toppings necessary. This place is Perfect in any season. What a welcome addition in a world of pretender frozen yogurt madness. Get the real deal. The staff here is great. They are nice to everyone and happy to give out samples. The ice cream is as good as you would expect. They have chocolate dipped sugar cones and waffle cones to make your ice cream even more decadent. Very friendly and patient staff....my hubby takes forever picking out a flavor. They are happy to let you sample before you buy. You can even get pints here the more you buy better the price. Great service and a very big spot. I was so surprised that they had several tables and it had a lot of space. I think it would be a good chill spot to go for the summer if you ever need to read a book and have some ice cream. As well as having space it was very clean as well. Always reliable ice cream with lots of add-ins and great array of flavors. Very clean. Poor service. Stood in line last Thursday night with 10 people. 7 of us walked out without being served while only employee chatted on the phone with her back to all of us for at least 5 min. I watched my phone. No exaggeration. I will drive right by if I see an employee on the phone next time. I've been here twice in the past week or so and both times Hannah severed me. Both times were right before they closed and Hannah was not rude or rushing me AT ALL. Amazing customer service, she offered samples both times. 2nd time I went I got the mini Vermonster she explained everything that was on it and made changes and was very very nice about everything. My friend and I sat down after to eat and she came up and locked the door but said no rush because she still had to clean, most places would rudely rush you out. I wish every place was like this. Cookie cookie sundae was sub-par. I asked for the Sundae to go and they gave me cold cookies. I asked if they heated them up and they said no they could not. On top of that the cookies were hard and difficult to determine how good they were. So sad. So disappointing. read more

hellooo people its ben and jerrys! whats not love here?? how they do not have 5 stars is beyond me. i love coming in late night after having a sweet tooth. knowing that there open makes me jump in the car and drive the couple of minutes. there is a ton of flavors to choose from and yes, they do switch some up, not all. everything from their shakes to sundaes are phenomenal. i love the variety ben and jerrys has to offer. i also love how theres actual pieces in the flavors. cookie dough is actually loaded with chunks and strawberry cheesecake does have chunks in it as well. my favorite ice cream spot for sure. read more

Very nice! Staff is friendly, spacious, they offer sample (which is great because there are so many flavors to choose from), they sell ice cream cake (yay! Is it my bday yet?), lots of cone (mini, chocolate covered, with sprinkles, and they also have waffle cup!), they sell regular quart to go, they sell B&J's merchandise (I wish they put price on the products or shelves) etc. Location is great. Many parking spaces available. One thing I noticed is that there is no outside seating.... Wish they get some in near future. Makes me wanna visit B&J's factory tour (in VT) again! read more

Had a terrible experience. Waited in line for over 20 minutes with only a few groups in front of me. I left before even being acknowledged.

I am from out of town and wanted to stop by and get some ice cream on the way to the airport. I left 30 minutes early so I could stop and have a final good by with my family. When we walked in there were 3 groups/families in front of us, we had a about 25 minutes before we had to leave. There was two workers and one girl was scooping and cashing people out while the other girl was watching ice cream thaw. It took 10 minutes for the one girl to scoop and ring out the first family and another 10 for the second family. The other girl didn't help her or acknowledge anyone when there was a good sized line. By the time the third family in front of us we had to leave to go to the airport, it took so long that we had didn't even get the chance to order. My dad tried to get the Second girls attention and was ignored. I have never seen an ice cream shop run so inefficiently. I usually love going to Ben and Jerry's every time I come home but this experience was horrible and disappointing. read more

Typical B&J's and the staff was friendly enough. However, they need to take better precautions about hygiene. Though the girls had their hair back in pony tails, when they reach into the container their pony tails fall into the ice cream bc they have lovely long hair. They either need to have their hair fully up or scoop a different way. read more
