Been to this location twice - in 2014 and May 2017. I loved it! The cons are: it's expensive. But, that's to be expected due to the brand and it's in an airport. The worker was very friendly and let me sample a few new ones I had never had. I got the largest one, thinking the medium cup looked small...but looks are deceiving. The large cup is three huge scoops and was more than enough (I still ate all of it tho, because it was delicious!!!). She also gave me a cup of water, which was super nice. Ben and Jerry's ice cream is what it is (yummy). The individual store... is what the customer service / owner make it to be. Today, I witnessed a most embarrassing and awkward event. I was in line and ordered one scoop of raspberry Greek frozen yogurt. The guy gave me quite allot. I was like ... that's gonna give my lactose intolerance a good run... for it's money...... And when I got to the register, the lady was like..." What size is that?" I said "one scoop." She said, "No. That's two scoops." And started to ring me up for two. I said... "Well. I ordered one scoop." She gives a big sigh of exasperation, takes the cup from my hand and admonishes the unknowing generous ice cream scooper. "THIS is not one scoop." she says, as she proceeds to UNscoop ice cream from my cup. She hands back my mangled frozen yogurt and rings me up for one scoop without looking at me, and hands me my receipt. Dear Ben and Jerry: maybe you should have customer service training courses? Some of your owners/employees don't know how to properly manage a shop without embarrassing themselves and their employees in front of customers. I was flabbergasted by the employee that worked in the morning on Friday 1/25/2019. As several customers stood there waiting to be served,the worker stood there hunched over the register looking at her phone and laughing.Even after knowing that customers were there standing around,she continued to look at her phone.One of the TSA agents was on what seemed like his break and she was wasting his time.That was also the day that the airport provided a $10 meal to the TSA agents.Apparently this employee didn't know about it and had to call to check up on it,which wasted even more of this gentleman's time.Go to this location if you want service from a wall.All that time that she spent on her phone,she could have learned about the $10 coupon,cleaned the place,organized the place.......not ignore customers.It is always sad when customers have to walk up to workers and point out that they need help.Get your act together Ben and Jerry's. read more
