I would like to start this review by letting everyone know that Dr. Anderson changed my life so much that I was motivated to write my very first Yelp review ever! About three months ago I was hit with debilitating fatigue and pain all over my body. The back and neck pain were so bad that I had trouble sleeping. I saw three different doctors and after multitude of tests no one really had an answer for me. I was desperate to find some resolution and help so I read everything I could find on unexplained fatigue and body pain. Things were not looking very promising. Then, while ordering some books on amazon I read a review that mentioned Dr. Anderson by name and when I saw that he was an Austin area doctor I immediately decided to book an appointment with him. It was one of the best decisions that I could have made. After just two appointments I felt an amazing change. The back and neck pain were almost gone and I could sleep again! This definitely helped with my fatigue as well. My body was not getting overly exhausted from the constant pain. Since then Dr. Anderson has helped me with other health issues as well. He is very knowledgeable and skilled, and I plan on seeing him whenever I don't feel 100%. I've been going to see Dr. Anderson for several years now and I can't begin to tell you the positive changes he has helped me make in my overall health. When I first started seeing him, I was having debilitating migraine headaches about once a week - This had been going on for years. I could tell right away that this guy actually cared about my situation and he took the time to do a thorough examination and get to the bottom of my issue. He gave me some simple excercises to do at home and within a few weeks I noticed I was doing significantly better! I sit here today and I honestly can't remember the last time I had a headache of any sort! It's also a bonus that he's super cool. I felt comfortable with him right away and I never once felt like he was stringing me along like other chiropractors had done. He sets reasonable care plans and gets results. I have been a patient of Ben Anderson's for the last two months. About a year ago I started having pain in my left buttocks that came around my body to my front left side & would shoot down my left leg to my knee. I started out going to two chiropractor's for about four month's on & off. I finally just tried to live with it until I could hardly move. I heard about pain management great, I was all for managing my pain. After a MRI the doctor put me on three different pain pills a day. The pain lessened but I had no quality of life. Then the doctor said he could help get me off pain pills with epidural shoots starting with two two weeks later two more and then two weeks later only one. Absolutely no help!!! A chiropractor my husband knew in Houston recommended Ben Anderson. Immediately, I got relief with no pain pills. I just finished my 4th visit & I am remarkable better. Ben Anderson is one of a kind! I had been to so many Chiropractor's in Austin before meeting Ben, and it was always the same thing. I have a super sensitive system, and I would always be in incredible pain after each adjustment, and literally be bed ridden for days after adjustments. I knew when I first met Ben that it was going to be a different ballgame. He actually listened to me! he understood my sensitivities, and designed a plan for me to slowly, but steadily get out of chronic pain. he sent me home with homework to do, which I'm now doing. He makes me feel very at ease, and each visit, I am improving. I've lived with chronic pain for 20 some years, searching for relief, and I've found my solution with Dr. Ben! My wife has been going to see Dr. Ben Anderson for a while now and I've gone along with her to her visits a few times; each time I've been impressed with Ben's whole process of applied kinesiology and chiropractic care. My personal experience yesterday was bordering magic. I went in with an extremely sore lower back that I'd had adjusted the day before by what you might call a "fast-food chiropractic place": they get you in, pop you good, and send you on your way. By the time I got in to see Ben I was in tears from the pain. He's very detailed in assessing what's going on, is informative when explaining what he's noticed and what he suggests, and he is so careful in taking proper care to truly help and not hinder. I am a thousand times better today thanks to him and by following his suggestions I know I'll be back to my whole self in no time! read more

Dr. Ben Anderson is a godsend and he is my go to for chiropractors. He has helped me with many things, but I first went to him after I broke my foot and he helped immensely with realigning my body and posture. After a car wreck I had in 2011, he was very diligent with my treatment and helped me feel comfortable about the steps to take, suggesting good exercises I could continue as well. Lastly, and the most incredible was when he helped my 3-4 month old baby with colic. She had been dealing with it on and off but when it was on, it was Really bad:( I had tried Everything. I took her to Dr. Anderson after hearing chiropractic work could help colic issues. Well he worked on her once, something with her diaphragm, and no more colic!! Dr. Anderson is one of the best chiropractors I've been to. I've been getting treatments and adjustments from him for about 5 years. He is one of the most caring and compassionate caretakers I've seen. His skill using Applied Kinesiology with chiropractic leads him to the source of your issue, not just "standard" adjustments that your body doesn't need. He also encourages you to give the adjustments time, vs telling you to come in for unnecessary appointments. He is knowledgeable on multiple modalities of treatment and utilizes what works best for each patient, so no two treatments are the same. You would be hard pressed to find a better provider! read more

I went into Dr. Anderson to get help in understanding why chronic fatigue and repeated illness were such a big part of my life. In one(!) session, he carefully identified the weakest parts of my body and suggested two different supplements. Having followed his direction, I feel infinitely better and have not struggled with fatigue since I've started these supplements, and have not noticed any sign of sickness since. His work is incredible, and he pays focused attention to what your body is saying. He really is extremely talented, and I never thought I could be solved in just one appointment. I've been seeing Dr. Anderson since a year after returning from Tanzania, East Africa. I had had chronic pain from an emergency surgery done there. It was a very frightening experience. I had exhausted all other western medicine (numerous testing and doctors appointments) trying to figure out why I was still having stomach pain a year after surgery. Within a month I was no longer having constant pain from my surgical scar! And now I'm pain free! Dr. Anderson figured out how to decrease and eventually stop my pain!! He never gave up! After I got into a car accident with my boyfriend, Shawn, we needed to see a chiropractor so I told him we should see Dr. Anderson because he has helped me heal several times in the past. Shawn agreed to try him and he went above and beyond to help us get better. After just a couple visits we were nearly recovered from our accident. If you're having any kind of pain or unusual feelings, I would definitely recommend seeing him. He really knows what he's doing and has a great drive to heal and help people get better. Who knew? I came to Dr Anderson because of a car injury and chronic pain which he was able to resolve in three weeks. One day while I was there he suggested that I might benefit from some brain chemistry work and despite being a smoker over 20 years I was able to quit smoking! Just like that. Wow! read more
