I have purchased two watches from this wonderful establishment, and each time I have been met with nothing but wonderful sales people, the sales, lady America, and yes, that was her name, was absolutely amazing Your prices are very competitive they treat you with respect and they don't pressure you which is fantastic.

I had a great experience both times at this location for watch repairs on my 9 year old son's pikachu watch, even though it was obviously not bought here (wouldn't it be interesting if they had kids watches?!?). The first time was for a battery replacement about a month ago and the second time was today for a buckle and strap loop replacement. Everyone is very welcoming and (most importantly) tries to find a solution before flat out saying no. My son and I are so grateful that they were able to help him with his starter watch. We will definitely be back when we are in need of future repairs and/or watches!!

This is the one with damage indicated by the arrows.

I have a major issue with this place and when it comes to checking you items in and how you get them back. I brought in my Tissot watch for a battery replacement. It was a good price. $35 dollars and a pressure check. Well you might want to rethink this location. When I brought my watch in. They chose not to- Do any form of check in sheet. For damages or what is to be repaired. Receipt for the item you brought in. Cost of said repair/s. Contact information. I thought this was unprofessional, considering if they sell Rolex, Breitling, Tag Heuer and Tissot. This watch was brand new to me 6 month ago and only worn 3 times. The watch had no damage on it. After I received my watch back. I examined the watch for any damage or marks. Sure enough it now has damage on the battery cap and on the case. I can feel it when I have the watch on. I own some expensive watches, and I own some cost-effective ones like the Tissot I brought in. When I looked at my watch and saw damage on it she went to ask he repair man what happened. This is the part that's not ok. I don't believe I have ever been brushed off in such a disgusting manner. When I am told by the jewelry that "I can't verify that the scratches were there and then I brought it in with the damage on it. And besides it's a cheep watch." Wow. Are you kidding!!! What place employs someone that says that to a customer? What if that was my Bremont or my Bell and Ross. Because my watch is a cheap watch, they chose to brush me off and not repair the damage they caused. Good luck taking your precious items to this place. You will not get them back with out damage or who knows you don't have a check In receipt you met never get it back. I am never shopping here again.

Very rude people, waited for some help and no one came around. Place was not busy. Just don't shop here.

Due to scheduling issues I was going to have issues with going and getting the watch fitted in person. Daniel went out of his way to make great suggestions and I was able to have someone pick it up for me already fitted. Great experience when someone goes above and beyond. Will always give them my business moving forward!

I'll admit, I'm a sucker for a good watch. Having quite the…read morevariety, the batteries tend to expire after a while and before I knew it, 90% of my watches were out of commission - other than for fashion (you know!). SO, in getting two new ones added to the collection that needed to be sized, I used it as an opportunity to pick some favorites for battery replacement. With Right Time super close to the house, my husband and I stopped in to drop off said watches. The woman behind the desk was super friendly, helpful and provided us with a reasonable time frame we could return to pick up the goods. She only quoted the prices for batteries, so I figured the removal of a link from the two watches, was either super cheap or free for doing business with them. After about 30 minutes we returned. The woman we had originally done business with was assisting other customers (their selection of watches is insane and really cool), so another woman helped us. She pulled the watches and had me try them on to ensure they fit just right before ringing us up. However, before she provided us with the total, she proceeded to state how the watches I had brought in were "fashion watches" with an upward nose and said that she would be willing to help me "next time" if I was willing to "buy a real watch" to which we led me other to the case of $2000 watches - that "go with everything and much better quality". I was a little taken aback because UM WUT and she sent me on the way. Realizing I hadn't paid for services, I returned to her stating we hadn't paid, and she rolled her eyes and said "okay, sorry, I was caught up in the hopes you'd want a real watch" before showing the $95 total. I was surprised at how expensive the service was, but now I know, I guess. All in all, this place is pricey for services and offers mixed customer service. Definitely not running to return.

I have used these guys for simple things like battery's and resizing rings etc. Never had an issue…read moreand team was always pleasant and competent. I collect unusual timepieces, but I just figured you need to have them service by high end Jewlers like - well lets not name names So my most recent experiences. A Omega Marine chronometer - very obscure piece. I take it to a high end jeweler They send it to Zurich because there the only ones who can work on it. about a year and $400 later I have a new battery which promptly lasts 6 months. So I take it to fast fix and say "doubt you can work on this" Watch guy says I have heard of this but never worked on one let me take a look. So off to Perrys for lunch. 40 minutes later your Omega is done. You opted for the lifetime battery thats $70 . This watch only runs 5-6 month at a time. Brought it in recently as it was dead again. Lunch at Perry's and its working - new battery - no charge. So watch number 2 a 20 year old Rado made of synthetic sapphire/ceramic composite. I manage to break the custom clasp messing with it myself. Tiny parts fly across the room disappearing in my carpet for eternity. Off to two high end Jewlers. - We wont touch that send it to Rado in Switzerland. Be prepared for a huge bill. So on a whim I take it to FF and say what about this? This thing obviously spooked them as they are extremely hard to work on without damaging the bracelet that can cost in the 4 digits to replace. So I say take a look and f you can fix it go for it - entire staff sees this as a challenge. People are looking at it under microscopes to figure out how the original clasped worked. Gauntlet down - back to Perrys. I get a call 90 minutes later well we managed to repair it but we want to make sure your good with the cost of doing so. I as quoted a very reasonable figure that was an order of magnitude less than Rado. Whats shocking is there are no stock parts for this watch. They literally manufactured a tiny compression spring/rod with sub millimeter precision. Why? Because its a interesting piece and we appreciate your enthusiasm for fine watches and a challenge too. To people who say batteries cost a buck why is it so much. Well the sutures the surgeon put in cost a few cents plus some plasma anesthetic etc. Why was a transplant $300000 because there's years of training, supplies electricity, building a hospital and paying its staff. I feel like I got a surgical team on my watch complete with tiny instruments, microscopes, laser cutters and well trained personnel. Do the math - in my case it was WELL worth it. I cant vouch for other locations but I found the service here epic

The honestly wasted my time. I dropped my watch off a week ago to have a few dial markers…read morereattached and the watch itself repaired. Only the dial markers were reattached, and now there is no longer time to have the watch repaired before I need to wear it for an event. I could have had it repaired elsewhere in the same amount of time if they had let me know it would not be possible to repair it while it was in their possession. I'm honestly super upset to come back to pay for my watch to be repaired and learn that it still doesn't work. I didn't assume that keeping time was part of the service, I specifically asked for it to be able to keep time as part of the work order. No one called me, no one communicated that this would not be done. Instead they just played with my watch while real professionals could have been repairing it. Very upsetting.
