FANTASTIC...I'd give these guys six stars if it were an option. I took a necklace w/ a pendant into The Jeweler's Bench to see about having it repaired. This wasn't just any necklace, this is a family heirloom that my grandfather had made in the late 60's. Needless to say, I was hesitant to drop it off ANYWHERE, and I certainly wasn't taking it any place where it had to be sent off to some place I couldn't visit. When I first walked in, the two guys working here instantly made me feel like they had known me forever. Though they were both busy working when I arrived, both of them stopped to greet me when I entered. I explained what I was hoping to have done and explained the sentimental value this piece had to me. Without hesitation, I was provided a description of what they would do and given a VERY REASONABLE price. I picked my necklace up today and it's perfect! I can't see a single indication of where the work was done, it's flawless. And, even though the pendant didn't need any work, they polished it up as well. Thank you Jeweler's Bench...I'll certainly be seeing you gentlemen again!

I was only in for a short weekend and this jeweler responded to my request for a quote very quickly. Was able to bring my palladium rings in to be sized and soldered together and they did it the exact same day! Can't even see the soldering. Looks perfect! Another jeweler up in Cherry Creek was asking for triple the price I paid at Jewelers' Bench. Rings fit perfectly and look beautiful. Thanks again Jewelers' Bench.

Wow wow wow! Blown away! I finally found a new local jeweler! These guys were great, super friendly and affordable! Charged me $5.95 for something everyone was telling me started at $75 and I had to mail in my watch for weeks! I was in and out in literally 5 minutes! Not to mention, Beautiful and clean shop Will absolutely be back! Thank you jewelers bench!

There are obviously a lot of choices for a jeweler in downtown Denver. When I started looking for…read moresomeone to design a custom engagement ring for me I went into a building that had three jewelers. The first two we bigger stores with huge display cases and pushy salesmen. Then I went into Glasmann and Hanson and met Drew. The store is quite small and there isn't a lot in the display cases but don't let that turn you away. They are capable of designing anything you can come up with. I spent hours in the store with Drew asking questions about how to shop for jewelery and how to design a ring. Drew has the ability to design anything from scratch or modify an existing template. We went through just about every type of setting, metal and stone. Drew carefully explained the pros and cons of each one and helped me decide which one was right for me. After countless iterations and dozens of emails back and fourth I finally decided on a ring. For the record, Drew was able to take my general ideas and design a 100% custom ring from the ground up. After paying Drew gave me a date about 2 weeks out to expect the ring. It came in on exactly the day he said and I was completely blown away. It looked amazing and exactly like it did in the pictures. I couldn't have been more pleased. On a professional level Drew was an incredibly talented jeweler and designer with great taste. On a personal level he was wonderful to work with. Not only did he never pressure me to buy before I was ready but he practically deserves an award for putting up with my indecisiveness. The whole experience was perfect and I can't wait to go back and order the wedding band.

I have used these guys for simple things like battery's and resizing rings etc. Never had an issue…read moreand team was always pleasant and competent. I collect unusual timepieces, but I just figured you need to have them service by high end Jewlers like - well lets not name names So my most recent experiences. A Omega Marine chronometer - very obscure piece. I take it to a high end jeweler They send it to Zurich because there the only ones who can work on it. about a year and $400 later I have a new battery which promptly lasts 6 months. So I take it to fast fix and say "doubt you can work on this" Watch guy says I have heard of this but never worked on one let me take a look. So off to Perrys for lunch. 40 minutes later your Omega is done. You opted for the lifetime battery thats $70 . This watch only runs 5-6 month at a time. Brought it in recently as it was dead again. Lunch at Perry's and its working - new battery - no charge. So watch number 2 a 20 year old Rado made of synthetic sapphire/ceramic composite. I manage to break the custom clasp messing with it myself. Tiny parts fly across the room disappearing in my carpet for eternity. Off to two high end Jewlers. - We wont touch that send it to Rado in Switzerland. Be prepared for a huge bill. So on a whim I take it to FF and say what about this? This thing obviously spooked them as they are extremely hard to work on without damaging the bracelet that can cost in the 4 digits to replace. So I say take a look and f you can fix it go for it - entire staff sees this as a challenge. People are looking at it under microscopes to figure out how the original clasped worked. Gauntlet down - back to Perrys. I get a call 90 minutes later well we managed to repair it but we want to make sure your good with the cost of doing so. I as quoted a very reasonable figure that was an order of magnitude less than Rado. Whats shocking is there are no stock parts for this watch. They literally manufactured a tiny compression spring/rod with sub millimeter precision. Why? Because its a interesting piece and we appreciate your enthusiasm for fine watches and a challenge too. To people who say batteries cost a buck why is it so much. Well the sutures the surgeon put in cost a few cents plus some plasma anesthetic etc. Why was a transplant $300000 because there's years of training, supplies electricity, building a hospital and paying its staff. I feel like I got a surgical team on my watch complete with tiny instruments, microscopes, laser cutters and well trained personnel. Do the math - in my case it was WELL worth it. I cant vouch for other locations but I found the service here epic

The honestly wasted my time. I dropped my watch off a week ago to have a few dial markers…read morereattached and the watch itself repaired. Only the dial markers were reattached, and now there is no longer time to have the watch repaired before I need to wear it for an event. I could have had it repaired elsewhere in the same amount of time if they had let me know it would not be possible to repair it while it was in their possession. I'm honestly super upset to come back to pay for my watch to be repaired and learn that it still doesn't work. I didn't assume that keeping time was part of the service, I specifically asked for it to be able to keep time as part of the work order. No one called me, no one communicated that this would not be done. Instead they just played with my watch while real professionals could have been repairing it. Very upsetting.
