Mauzies has also done multiple custom pieces for us, and i get so many compliments on every single one of them. You can literally bring a drawing in and they will design something so special for you. Mauzie (Margaret) is such a very nice and gracious person, I really always feel good going here. It is a quaint place with beautiful unique pieces. I got some rather large, handmade, hammered earrings here which I cherish each time I wear it. I went to a charity event here with a friend years ago (I think this is how I got introduced to it...my friend asked me if I wanted to go), and now when we exchange gifts with each other, it seems to have a "Mauzie" theme. I have also gotten a few items here for my son's girlfriends (wow, they are lucky, huh?). This is also one of my go-to places to get any jewelry repaired. I got my mom's "mothers ring" repaired here and they did a *great* job (the first place we went to tried to fix it, but they did not do a good job...but we didn't want to go back there for them to correct it in case they continued to make it worse). There is also watch service (separate from Mauzie's, but shares space with them), where I have gotten batteries replaced, etc. all at a reasonable price. read more

My (now) husband and I commissioned my ring for our engagement/wedding from Martha about a year ago. We were able to provide her with images of exactly what we wanted, and discuss what would work for what we wanted. We were able to see a really high-quality digital version of the ring before we approved it to be cast. She was able to order and set the stones that we requested and didn't try to upsell or pressure is into something we didn't want. (I have Moissanite rather than a diamond). Her prices seemed pretty fair, especially considering that my ring is entirely custom. We did have to pay for the stones that were damaged when they were being set and were unusable, which was a bit of a bummer, but the total was still within our budget. The process took a long time though. That was the only thing I wasn't content with. We had discussed the timelines of things beforehand, and were given estimates of how long things generally take. All of the steps took a few extra weeks, so plan on that. The process is time-consuming, so this isn't the best option for a shotgun wedding situation. That being said, I adore my ring, and get lots of compliments on it. We will have my accompanying wedding band designed by her whenever we get around to it. read more

First of all, thanks Yelpers for leading me here! I was needing a new watch battery and wanted to have my rings checked, buffed and re-rhodiumed as they were starting to yellow. Not only are they super affordable, they really did take care of my needs while I waited! It probably took them 10 minutes for everything, and it was only $10 for the battery and $25 for the rings. Yay! Considering the same service on my rings has cost $100 in Cherry Creek, I was prepared to pay much more and incredibly happy when that wasn't the case. I have other jewelry that needs work and I'm certain I'll be coming here. What a great little find! read more

So grateful I found this place (thanks to Yelp!). I originally went to get my wedding band sized but Mauzie listened patiently and carefully to what I really wanted: to somehow combine my mama's white gold wedding band with my own yellow gold wedding band. My husband & I are thrilled with the result! Maudie's assistant was also great- he fixed a couple pairs of my earrings and cleaned them so well they looked brand new, right then & there. The NuWay watch repair that shares store space is also a nice asset. Overall such a great little store. Obviously many other customers already knew it as she had several coming in while I was there. I came here to have a watch fixed and see how long it would take to buff and rhodium dip my wedding ring and right hand ring. It usually takes a week to have my rings serviced at a larger jeweler. Turns out, they were able to do it while I waited! Martha is very kind and fair. I brought in three of my husband's non operational watches and Mauzie's team was extremely thorough. Even when they weren't able to work on one watch with proprietary parts, they sought out a third party and did extensive research to try to help me. I have never been to a Jewelry Repair Shop & General Jewelry Store combo, and when I came in I needed to get my Fiancee's ring resized. Mauzie and her team truly did what they said they would do. I was told by another company the resizing would be $60 for a very basic fix and I thought "that seems to high" so I checked with Mauzie for a second opinion and they were like oh yeah that should be about 30-35 bucks for that I was like "What... thats half the cost". I am very glad I went with them. Then as a cherry on top we realized we wanted the ring even tighter and they resized it again free of charge. I enjoyed my experience there. read more
