He didn't show up, so at 3:00 I contacted her and got no answer to either her cell or their office number. Later, I learned that he had seen the news story about virus cases in Modesto spiking, so he went home, and didn't bother to call and say he wasn't coming, nor did his wife call. After much arguing back and forth, she agreed to refund us for the work done in March (after lying about him saying that it might come loose and that we didn't want it taped - that never happened!) It's a few days later and still no refund...... BTW, we had another handyman come out yesterday, and lo and behold, the tubing was not connected to either the dryer or the wall vent. He re-connected it and didn't charge us! Now that's a good handyman that I will always call when we need something taken care of!
