As for the restroom situation, there is proof of your technician entering and exiting the restroom, and immediately afterward urine was left on the toilet seat and bathroom floor. That mess was not there beforehand. Calling it an "allegation" instead of addressing the concern respectfully is disappointing. I shared my honest experience as a customer. The owner of that business recommended Sunlight Electrical to fix my system. I spoke with Carlos at Sunlight. He sent out Isaac who seemed very capable. Isaac's assessment was that my system had multiple wiring issues and recommended a service that would require a larger team to complete. He explained why, and I concurred with Isaac's recommendation. Carlos scheduled a larger team to come out the next week. They were led by Jesus, who also seemed quite knowledgeable. Jesus and his team worked diligently for 4 hours. They found more wiring errors as Isaac has predicted. And they found a damaged Tesla MC2 unit on the roof which had cracked. After they completed their repairs, the system started operating better than it ever had before. I estimate that I am now getting an extra 10-15% more power from the solar panels. In addition to providing capable technicians, I really appreciate that Sunlight is so easy to work with. I asked several highly technical questions and always got thoughtful answers.
