An hour later I get another call to confirm my appointment. I ask again, did you verify my insurance info? The girl has no record of anyone calling me today. She says it says from last week and "error" and then asks me to call my insurance and verify everything. I'm sorry, no! I'm done. This is ridiculous. Poor documentation, poor follow up. Never put my insurance info in, never made the calls. Now I have to do your job? When I first became a patient last year, they put in a fake/invalid email address. They had never asked for it, but wondered why I didn't do the patient do documentation online prior to the appointment. Office staff is a mess. However the Dr is not much better. He worked on my face, neck, eye bags and cheekbones along with the fully ablative CO2 laser. I was age 71. I had lost 96 pounds. My face was so wrinkled. Afterwards, my primary care doctor told me I looked like I was 40! I do not know any other doctor that can compare to Dr. Prendiville's skills. Maybe his background in art gives him a unique perspective. I flew down from Ohio and had to stay 11 days in a hotel, but the expense was worth it. I would do it all over again. The doctor told me he could do the laser again after a year. Went back after a year and was told that he doesn't recommend doing it again. Now it's been about a year and a half it's even worse. Not as bad as when I went for my initial appointment but it took 69 years for those lines to show the way they did. Now only a year and a half later and they're pretty bad. What a disappointment! I received no other suggestions or recommendations. If I had known that this would only have lasted nine months to a year I would have reconsidered and gone in another direction.
