Think the dealer would back up the truck they just sold. Nope. They say do this, then do this. Then they just will not return your calls or emails. If you buy from here, take it to your mechanic to look at it and make sure they have inspected it after the vehicle was traded in. Eric was helpful until the sale was complete.

She has used Dagwood's for years, and we recommended that she call them to see what they could do or what they would advised. Dagwood's sent someone over to her house who was able to jump start the car and take it to the shop. They then determined that the problem was that one of the doors on the minivan wasn't latching, causing the interior light to stay on and consequently draining the battery. They fixed that, charged the battery, checked the alternator, and drove the repaired car back to her house. Upon asking the delivery driver, Ken, what the charges were, she was informed there was NO CHARGE! Now, THAT is unheard of in this day and age. What great guys to do this for a customrer!
