I purchase tires regularly as a result of my high-mileage driving. This particular car is on its fourth set of tires. They most recent set was purchased from a well known chain with a lot of commercials bragging about low prices. Well I am here to say that chain does not compare to the customer service and quality tire I purchased from this Metro 25 franchise. My tires were ordered over the phone and an appointment made to install them the same day. (My tires aren't a common size.) I arrived on time for my appointment and about 1-hr later I was on my way with new tires installed. There was no upselling, much appreciated. Waiting area isn't beautiful, but it was large with plenty of room to move around with other waiting customers. No frills, so bring your own coffee and entertainment if you plan to wait on your car. I would highly recommend this business to friends and clients. They have earned all of my future automotive service needs.

I called these guys to see if they could help me out with getting the bolt out, assuming it'd be a weird request. They were happy to have my come in, though, and took care of the oil change for me while they were at it. Since I already had the oil, filter, and replacement plug they only charged me $10! Everyone who I spoke to was friendly and seemed to genuinely enjoy their work. Bonus points for knowing how to drive a stick (you'd be surprised how often employees tire/car places no one that can). They told me there is no guarantees on used tires but I hoped at least hoped they won't give me damaged tire, "basic courtesy". The tire didn't hold air since day 1. I went back twice but they then told me it was rim/wheel now that was bad. Adams Auto totally dropped the ball after charging me $1,500 for various things to fix and the main…read morething that I brought it into fix wasn't fixed. Basically when I went to drive away my car died in their parking lot. I waited a couple hours while they investigated and managed to get it started again but said they couldn't find anything on the Diagnostics so suggested I go to the nearest Volkswagen dealership. It died again on my way home. They didn't help but I managed to get it going again and parked it in their parking lot so I could get them to start it if it died again. The next day it died again before I could get it down the street so I had it towed all the way to Bay City . They ended up replacing the new gas pump that Adams put in because the cap was on it was broken and because they had to follow protocol to figure out the problem. Basically, the diagnostics weren't showing the problem, so it needed persistence. It ended up being the fuel pump sensor. Adams did give me the money back for the replaced fuel pump. I initially dropped it off in October and didn't get my car back until De ember.
