When I was discharged they told me that since I had been a patient that I could continue to come and work out there any time I needed to for 30$ a month.It's called the "Step Down " program. So I took advantage of that since there were three physical therapists to consult with and all the equipment I needed. I'm 74 and since that time I developed arthritis in my lower back, plus 2 bulging discs. They gave me exercises and stretches to deal with those issues and I am a lot better off. I was up to 1800 mg of Tylenol a day and now I'm down to 500 mg every 36 hours or so. Being able to manage the aches and pains is both a physical and psychological relief. I also had a bout with Vertigo and my sciatic nerve started acting up. They got me through that effectively. I can't say enough how much better my life has been because of these experiences and professional help. Also, there is a joke of the day. Some better than others but it really is a happy place.
