I have not dealt with a bad therapist there. Even the front desk ladies are amazing.

Have to give a special shoutout to Alyssa because she always shows up with the best energy and enthusiasm for the day, and is also extremely encouraging for both my child and my husband and I. I love that she takes the time out of every visit to break things down for us in simple, easy to understand terms and shows us exactly what we should be working on at home as well. Even with all of the different patients and toys (which means exposure to a lot of germs), I always feel like the space and toys are kept super clean and I love that they make time between each patient's visit to wipe down and clean all surfaces and toys that were touched. The front staff are kind, helpful and fully explain benefits when I have a question. Our therapist, Courtney, is wonderful!!!! We were able to get our 1st choice for appointment time. We were also able to easily change our schedule when my son started school. My only hang up is I wish the end of session discussions were done in private. I hear others children's progression and they hear ours. I would prefer privacy.

With continued support and patience at home, the care, guidance, and encouragement from their OT has made a real difference for our child. We're very thankful for the progress we've seen. I highly recommend Kid's Creek Therapy for occupational therapy. The therapists, customer service, and overall environment have all been great. One thing to note--scheduling can be limited, so it may take some time to get started. That said, it's a reflection of how in-demand they are, and it didn't take away from our experience.
