When our child aged out of a First Steps Talking Time agreed to allow for us to pay for ongoing outpatient care for our child at school and home. This care continued for two years and in that time we experienced high turn over with the Speech Theripists assigned to our child. Our child's outpatient Speech Therpy sessions became unpredictable and on several occasions our Speech Therapist didn't show up. Then to our disappointment with no notice we were told that Talking Time could no longer provide services to our special needs child. Failure to provide our family adequate notice left us scrambling to find alternative speech therapy for our child. Our family has paid this school thousands of dollars. Disappointing ending to a long and expensive relationship that was very important to our family and our child.

Low rating applies to operations outside of medical staff. Room cleaning only happened when it was requested. No fault of cleaning personnel, they were severely short staffed. Food was decent but getting the order correct happened about 50% of the time. Procurement failed to order correct products, such as briefs that fit. Thank god for Amazon. At home medical equipment was not ordered in time for discharge, caused additional expense and a bad experience. Overall the health related goals were met and went home improved, so if you can deal with the other stuff, might be a good fit.

I did my schedule for two months out. They handle all types of therapy including knees, shoulders, elbows, post-surgery, post-stroke....You will need a doctor's prescription though. Hannah, one of the physical therapist has a lot of energy and is very upbeat and positive. Abagail works the front desk like a boss. I have been going here for a while and have been making a lot of progress. As part of my journey, I have been to a few PT studios and this one is the best by far. I have done PT 1000 times and you are shuffled in and out quickly (insurance reason I am sure) and shown things to do at home. At ATI they set a work out for you and you do it there.
