When I was originally swabbed early on Saturday, they advised 24-48 hr turnaround for results. Two days later on Monday, the front desk explained it was late because their lab was closed for Memorial Day and wouldn't be providing results until Tuesday. This was frustrating as I took the test specifically for urgent travel and would have gone elsewhere had I known the usual 48 hr wait was now going to be 72 hrs. Later that same day, I received a text in the evening with results that had been published by a lab a couple hours earlier. Seems the lab was open! Communication here is poor. I normally prefer to support small businesses but after my experience at ExperCare I would recommend going to Walgreens or CVS for Covid testing to avoid frustration.

I had told them my Dr. and as I said 1/2 BEFORE my appointment they call and tell me they can't see me. After I have had to make arrangements for someone to take time to take me to it and also this will set me behind on my rehabilitation. I asked them why they waited to let me know they didn't have a referral. It should be professional to make sure someone has all of the information needed for their clients the day before at least so if there is something wrong the patient has time to correct the problem. I have worked in the medical field for over 10 years and this would have never flown where I worked at any office. I even told them I called the doctors office and let them know this was where I was going the day I made the appointment. So now have not only a problem with this company I have a problem with the Dr's. office too. So down fall for both of them. I am very disappointed on how this is handled.
