Justin came out last fall to take a look and write up my estimate. He was the ultimate professional: very thorough and informative. ZERO high pressure sales or upselling. He will explain everything in detail (if you want, which I did) without talking down or saying "is your husband here?" The price was $27,000 which IF YOU WANT YOUR ROOF DONE RIGHT TO LAST FOR A VERY VERY LONG TIME, is the going rate in 2026! Two other friends got quotes from 2 other companies for EXACTLY the same cost, but I know - and can sleep soundly - that it was done to the utmost perfection. (our roof is huge - a 2,000 SQFT ranch with VERY DEEP eaves, and needed a lot of new, more effective vents installed for circulation). We had to wait for spring to gather our finance and Christina S. kept in touch to assure us that we were first in line when the weather allowed which it did in March. She was so delightful to talk to. Like, I wanna be friends with her, lol! When the weather was scheduled to break, she told us the date and when materials would arrive and how it would all work and pass it off to Evan B., Our fantastic project manager! The crew showed up Friday morning, bright, and early and efficiently had our old roof, torn off and our beautiful new roof installed in one day - albeit a long one for them! There was quite a team here and it was impressive to watch them work! Importantly, they were respectful of our property. They smiled and said hello, and we encountered them and the cleanup was second to none! I have not seen one Nail or one Scrap of anything around the house! I went up into the attic to get something, and it was so comfortable up there, I could tell that the circulation was what it was supposed to be. Not stuffy, not drafty. My husband put in some lighting and boards across the floor, and I feel like I wanna create myself some personal space up there! Lol! Anyway, huge kudos to Paramount roofing and the entire team, everyone with whom we have interacted has been outstanding. Thank you, thank you! Highly recommend! I've printed out and filed our transferable warranty that I am confident (unless mother nature disagrees) we won't be needing!

This year I took a chance and left it open a little too long. Fall started out mild, so we thought we'd use it at least a few more times. I had a bad feeling once the snow started falling in early Nov. Chris was able to close it after all, and it looks like no damage. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and completed the roof quickly, even with two existing layers to remove. We also appreciated the progress photos and prompt follow-up with the invoice, financing paperwork, and final inspection scheduling. Our main concerns were communication, cleanup, and safety. We did not receive a response when we asked for a dumpster delivery time which made planning garage access difficult. We were also told the generator and A/C units would be covered, but they were not. Cleanup during the job was not as thorough as it should have been, with debris blowing into our yard and a neighbor's yard and damage to a security light and gutter flashing. We also observed that no one working on the roof appeared to be using fall protection, which was concerning given OSHA requirements for work over 6 feet. In the end, the roof itself appears to have been installed efficiently and professionally, but better communication, cleanup, and attention to safety would have made the experience much stronger.

The roof was "fixed" and on June 5, it started leaking again, in the same spot! On July 8, the "manager" came out to do a full inspection on the roof but DID NOT USE WATER! He had that he can see that the leak is repaired!!! I would NEVER recommend this company! It has been nothing but and absolute NIGHTMARE AND A WASTE OF MY TIME AND MONEY
