They never did! They offer me to retain $100 dollars from the total price we agree upon and the balance to be paid when the job is completed. I have called then many times, I have left messages on their answering machine, and I have spoken with someone who promised to send someone to finish the job (Doug). Stil, no response. I contacted Bryan about the issues and set up more than 3 different appoints and no call no show every time and then he just flat out refused to return to repair his work. I would not recommend IWT for the simple fact that you can not rely on his word he has zero integrity. There is much more than what I have posted I wish he would have just returned to do his job but he refused to honor warranty or his word for that matter.

REVIEW OF LOCKE'S LANDSCAPING ($12k) I would give Locke's a…read more2 out of 5 for the following reasons: As I was obtaining landscaping quotes, Chris Locke (the owner) completed a very good landscaping plan (for free) and met with me several times before the start of the job. He also provided me with a detailed invoice of the work to be completed. My job was pushed back a couple of months, due to a Crew Leader quitting at the beginning of the Summer. I advised Chris that I wanted his best crew working on my project, and that I would be willing to wait. Once the work started, Chris unfortunately did not check in with me once (during the 8 days) to see how the project was progressing. My "new" contact was now Mark the "Crew Leader". Unfortunately, the crew was not very careful of our personal property, as they cut our cable line (and never told me), hit a light on the garage, scraped our vinyl fence, damaged the neighbor's lawn, and punctured an irrigation/sprinkler line. Additionally, the initial work was NOT good due to the quality of the workmanship. I had to have them come back and re-do the paver steps, fix my neighbor's lawn, and re-grade the front yard. Although a very hard worker, Mark (the Crew Leader), had a very poor attitude when asked to re-do work that should have been done correctly in the first place. As a side note - Chris and his crew seemed willing to take care of any issues on a comeback/re-do basis. In hindsight I would NOT hire Locke's Landscaping, due to the quality of their workmanship!
