I went in today to tell her that I'm not happy with the overall product and feel the matting is way too big for the print and asked if anything could be done. After a deer in the headlights look, she did not offer any solutions to make me happy after the money I spent. In fact her first comment was "well I cant take apart the framing to make it smaller." Her demeanor was not warm from the beginning and certainly wasn't warm when I mentioned I wasn't 100% happy. I cant express how much customer service means in our town, there are plenty of other places to support and even the smallest gesture matters. Do not recommend.
