every time I come in to do laundry the employees have all the machines being used. this shouldn't be open to the public if there isn't machines available for non monthly customers!! I will be looking for a new place to wash my laundry because I'm tired of over paying because the machines I need are being used by the employees. Great option, this is one of two decent laundromats in Bend. The other is on Galveston. They take credit cards and have working machine with a staff member that's helpful and keeps things clean and running smoothly. You have to pick your days right, so that you're not hitting a rush. read more

This laundromat is the best in Bend. Shannon who works there is always so helpful. Anytime I've done laundry there and left while my laundry is in the wash- if I don't return by the time it's done she has always moved it to the dryer for me. She has even folded things when they were done drying for me. So unusual for a laundry mat to do this. AND she doesn't expect anything in return, though a tip is always welcome and appreciated. I will continue using this laundry mat as my go to for big items I can't wash at home. Highly recommend for the phenomenal service alone. It's also always clean when I go. read more

I have been looking for a wash and fold service here in Bend and stumbled across an ad for Express Eco Laundromat. I had about 12 loads of laundry for them including delicates, pillows, and a comforter. The employees and the owner were very helpful with the entire process and quick! Dropped off around 11 am and all of the laundry was delivered to my house the next day around 1 pm neatly folded. They followed all directions in regard to how I wanted my items cared for and went over everything with lint rollers to get pet hair off, I couldn't be more pleased with the service and friendly staff. We will be using Express Eco Laundromat frequently in the future. It seems that getting laundry done is the less glamorous part of travel. Too many laundromats I have come across are usually creepy. This place seemed a little less so. I found this place using Yelp and my GPS system. The laundormat is well lit and clean. There are plenty of clean washers and dryers. One load costs $1.50. Dryers are 25 cents for 8 minutes. This is one coin operated laundromat I would visit again. They advertised that there is a drop-off service but when I got there there was no attendant. The really great part about this location is that it is right next to a great Mexican Restaurant with a bar and there is another restaurant located across the parking lot. read more

Close to a couple of hotels, right behind the Comfort Inn. Place is clean, has change machines and a couple of vending machine with soap and snacks. They have about 10 front load washers... 6 @ $2.50 and 4 @ $4. 10 top load washers at $1.75 22 dryers that run about 8 minutes for .25¢ They open at 7am, and the attendant was there when I arrived at about 5 till 7. There is a Wells Fargo, a few restaurants and a liquor store/ deli thing in the same strop mall. Over all not a bad place to do a quick load of laundry. read more

Christine was awesome! I ended up getting double-charged on a $4 washer on my previous visit. They were quick to reply with a solution: free wash in any size washer on my next visit! Christine walked me through the entire process of accepting the payment from the laundromat on the washing machine (which was a little confusing to be honest). I ended up getting a $9 wash for free. This is the cleanest laundromat I've been to. We we're camping for a few weeks in the national Forest. I looked on Yelp to find a nearby laundromat. This one was the closest to where we were at the time. We started to load our laundry in to the matchines and found out that every other Wednesday is free laundry day! We rarely need a self-serve laundromat but our dryer is awaiting repair so I took a few loads in to dry. This facility was very clean and there are plenty of machines, and table space and carts. It's 25 cents per 8 minutes to dry -- and I could put my 2 loads into just one of the regular dryers with plenty of space. It is located right near the Comfort Inn. read more

So this place was a dump! Over half the machines were out of service, the ones that were available were dirty and covered with dog hair and dirt residue, there's no sink or wash basin to wash your hands after you touch all your dirty clothes, the "hot" cycle washes in tepid, coolish water, the machine only partially filled so the clothes weren't even submerged (and I do NOT overload at a Laundromat where can't do a second rinse) , there's no restroom...at all, and to top it all off, I'm pretty sure I interrupted a drug deal in the back room when I was trying to find a place to go pee and wash my hands. The management/owner was shifty and not only not helpful, but actually uncommunicative. (Of course as I stated before, I definitely interrupted something weird...) All in all not an experience I'd repeat or recommend. read more
