I recently went by Bend Glass and Mirror to ask about a house call to fix my shower door. Thinking this would be weeks out they said they could come by the next day between 10 and 11. WORST customer service I have EVER experienced. I understand that contractors are busy, however that doesn't excuse the horrible service these guys offer. When I called for an appointment to do the estimate. They no showed. When I called about the no show, you came out and were still 20min late. At that appointment on a Monday, they said I would have the bid by Wednesday am. I didn't receive it till Friday at 3:30. I called after I got back from a trip to pay the deposit and schedule the install which was for July the 20th from 12 - 2. You no showed again. When I called at 3 asking for the status, I was transferred to someone who was in charge of installation and he said he would call me right back. No call back and no information. I had to ask for the refund of my deposit. At NO time did ANYONE even bother to call me back or let me know they were going to miss ANY of these appointments. Total crap. I called to ask about getting a quote for installing shower doors. The receptionist was very nice and took down my detiails. She said that the scheduler was busy and would call me back. One week later, after receiving no reply from the scheduler, I called again. Again the receptionist was very nice. She apologized that nobody got back to me previously and said that the scheduler was currently with a customer and would get back to me shortly. One week later, still no reply. Don't waste your time with these guys! Try Sunriver Glass & Mirror instead. They are much more responsive. read more

I had a broken glass pane that needed replacing. I took it to Bend Glass & Mirror for the new pane. They promised it would be done by the end of the day. No call. This was a Friday so I had to wait until Monday to pick up the pane. I took it home and found the glass would not fit into the frame. It was cut too big. I took it back to have another piece cut. They promised it would be done by the end of the day. Again, their promise was empty. My overall experience in this store was not pleasant. The staffs were not at all friendly and when I brought back the pane that they cut to the wrong size I got no apology for their mistake. I will shop elsewhere next time I need glass or mirrors. read more

We were looking to add a shower door and received multiple bids. These guys gave us the best price and did a great job installing.

First off I have never wrote a bad review for any company ever. However this was by far my worst expierence doing business with anyone ever. Do not use this company. Bobby will string you along over and over again. Making up lie after lie about when they are coming to do the work. No show again and again. Multiple excuses and lies to justify why and what happpend. Shame on me for trying to see the good in this person and company. I knew the entire time he was lying but was really trying to give him the benefit of the doubt. Long story short I'm refunding $3000 + to teanants that were supposed to be moving in this week. I have taken off work multiple times to sit at home for hours waiting for installers to show up. No call to update nothing. Then the next day he would reach out with some crazy fabriacted story about what happend but assured me that it would get done following day. Same story over and over 3 times. If i could give 0 stars I would. Do NOT USE BEND GLASS AND MIRROR for anyting. read more

Be sure to get a written estimate from this company. The in person and over the phone estimates were not enough for this company to honor what they told us. We had an estimate from another store for 2 shower doors and chose Bend Glass and Mirror to save about$50. In the end we paid an extra $180 over the estimate and did not get exactly what we wanted because they were going to charge even more. read more

The glass has the appropriate R-value if you get the right thickness and the staff helped me figure this out.
