We had these guys come out to replace our old windows. The difference it made to the climate inside the home is shocking. The air feels so much more calm and comfortable. I didn't realize how drafty the old windows were. If every contractor had guys like Justin and Antonio we'd be lucky. Quick installation. Lifetime Windows replaced all the windows and sliders on our Sunriver home. Greg, Hunter and team were friendly and knowledgeable through the whole process. They had very competitive pricing and a lot of options to choose from. They even let us know about a rebate from our gas company for getting new windows that we would have totally missed. Sean and Adrian came out to replace 9 out of 10 windows on our rental property (the 10th window is a small bathroom window up high underneath a lean-to, very tightly up against it, so out of the sun's damage and didn't need to be replaced. But the wood framing around wasn't going to match the new wood so the guys offered to replace the wood frame "if they still had some material" after installing the other windows. Sure enough, they did a great job on the install, and even replaced the small bathroom window frame, and didn't charge me for it! Very easy to work with, kind and professional. We replaced our old vinyl windows with fiberglass and are amazed at both the craftsmanship of the windows (Milgard), the expertise of the Lifetime sales staff (Kameron Jensen) and our installers, Sean Cooper and Kyle Warner. Kameron was super patient with us as we struggled with styles and window materials. The fiberglass was more expensive but with the drastic shifts in Central Oregon weather - even within seasons - we decided that the durability of fiberglass would be superior to vinyl over the long haul. We also got confirmation from John at Lifetime that they could manage the install flow to reduce the risk of our cats escaping the house! When Kyle and Sean showed up, they were well prepared, personable, answered our questions, were professional and courteous, and did an amazing job - even with two devil windows that had been previously been replaced. We live in Tumalo and were hit by the Giant Hail Storm in August 2019! Our large 9ft tall curved windows had to be replaced. I first met with Shawn, who is so down to earth and professional. I contacted Collier here in Bend, OR about getting all the windows in my house replaced and discovered a couple places where the siding had failed. He wrote up a quote and to my amazement because the owners are Veterans they afforded me a discount for being a Veteran. I signed a contract and scheduled the window replacement in mid-January 2024. As fate would have it we had about a foot of snow, freezing rain and temperatures in the teens. Despite that, the crew of Hunter, Sean, Kyle and Antonio showed up on a Tuesday on time on the day they promised and got to work right away and finished a third of the job in freezing temperatures. They had to take Wednesday off because of freezing rain, frigid temperatures and icy roads but came back Thursday and Friday to finish the job with temperatures in the mid-teens. The crew was a joy to work with...they never complained, had a great sense of humor yet were very professional and worked hard every day to finish the job on the day they promised. I talked to the scheduling supervisor Greg on that Thursday morning about coming back the following week to finish because it was supposed to be in the 40's but he told me they wanted to stay on schedule and finish the job for me that week. Their price was fair, but the sales staff was just not very knowledgeable and we would have to use one of their contractors, with no idea about the quality of the work. I see that Lifetime Windows is entering the Bend market and wanted to repost my assessment of their work on my house in Vancouver, WA (out of their Milwaukie, OR location). We had an oversized front wondow that did not have any sliders on it and wanted to replace it with a custom one with multiple sliders so we could get better air flow through our small house. We met with Tim and after considering a few options and window types, selected one window with 3 sections- of which two were sliders. The cost was in line and since I am a long time claims adjuster I was very familiar with Milgard quality windows. The primary reason I used Lifetime was the fact their installers are employees of theirs. If I had a problem with the work I wouldn't get bounced around from the business owner to the installers with each blaming the other- I've been down that road before. So bottom line is a very good window, fair price, and a good installation. I have no complaints, recommend them and wish them well in Bend. read more
