Friends and family have ordered the Walleye (looked wonderful), the nachos (a little odd and not recommended), the chicken fajita salad (unexpectedly lovely), and the ribeye (a wonderful cut of meat, sadly very overcooked). There are lots of beer choices and more varieties of wine than I expected (they carry Malbec!), well-poured drinks, and the one dessert we tried (my birthday girl caramel sundae) was lush. The waitress sat two other parties and gave them service without checking on my order. I was there for 15 minutes and then someone else asked me if I had been there all this time. I informed them I just wanted to pick up my to go order which had been ready for 15 minutes. She apologized and came back 10 minutes later with my order. This was my second time at this location. There will not be a third. The service was horrible, I was ignored, and my food was cold. There was no offer of a discount or a coupon for when I came back or so sorry this happened. Disgusting service.
